Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently praise the exceptionally fast delivery times and the incredibly helpful, knowledgeable staff members who assist throughout the ordering process. Many consumers note that the ordered products arrive securely packaged, run extremely smoothly, and deliver fantastic overall performance straight out of the box without any initial trouble. However, some people mentioned encountering minor hardware issues upon initial delivery, such as loose internal components, missing parts, or unexpected system crashes that required attention. A few consumers also experienced occasional delays with repairs or felt that certain build details, like cable management, could have been significantly improved upon arrival.
Auto-generated from all reviews of this business. For reference only.Having a smooth service experience from Zhaf and team! Zhaf has been prompt and extremely helpful with his response. He is able to communicate effectively and pinpoint the issue of my pc. He also went extra mile and gave a clear direction of which spare part to go for to replace the faulty one. Whole process from dropping laptop in the service center to resolution.
A huge shout out to Paul, Matt, Patrick and Dylan who helped steer me through the complexities of selecting my final line up. After a delay in getting hold of an Intel MB for the 14900KF and the imminent release of the AMD980X3D I opted to go with team red for the first time. A few last minute changes due to supply issues on some other components and I was locked and loaded. My new AMD9800X3d/PNY4090 beast finally arrived just into the new year. The support and communication from the guys has been brilliant, despite a couple of little hiccups, which were sorted quickly, with no hassles. I'm super happy with what they put together for me. Thanks Aftershock team!
