We thoroughly enjoyed out 10 days in Croatia. Very nice, knowledgeable, and professional guides. We did feel, however, that there was a lot of 'wasted time' while cruising most of the day with tours not starting until 3 pm.

Mixed Experience on Dalmatian Coast Cruise. Pros: Infinity Boat was excellent. Nice size rooms, spacious shower, ample decks, very clean. Crew was solicitous and accommodating. Almost daily docking to swim in the Adriatic was a highlight. Tour director was fabulous. Cons: Land tours when we docked in ports were limited to 90 minutes or less, were rushed and did not convey a lot of information. Typically we would dock and have a few hours before the tours on our own. Not sure why this time could not have been converted into a more comprehensive tour. Would get no more than 10 minutes in a major Cathedral or church (if that; often we did not even go inside) and when we returned after the tour they were closed. Disappointed in brevity and superficiality of tours. Little historical context provided.

We had a great group and terrific guide. Loved the swim stops on the boat. The food on the boat was atrocious. Mostly inedible. We were grateful for the meals on our own.

Specifically in reference to the trip "Croatia: Cruising the Dalmatian Coast" -- the single most outstanding experience was the frequent opportunity swim on multiple occasions in the clear waters around some of the many islands. The ship's captain made this nearly a daily ritual.

Azores exploration includes geological formations, cultural activities past and present, and drinks and foods known for island or regional favorites. Overall the food was healthy.
The activities and sights were fantastic and made memories of a lifetime. The downfall was the cobblestones and inclines faced daily. Plus some of the hotels were not the standard usually selected. Old was not the issue but slick bathtubs and the lack of safety features were dangerous. I heard the man across the hall scream as he fell in the bathtub and the shower curtain fell down.

Very nice trip even though we moved a lot in order to see different places and islands. All the moving "parts" of this trip were skillfully accomplished by AHI! I especially liked Wilhelmina and Eduardo? (San Miguel). Paula was quite good, but at times, she had a tendency to talk too long and dwell on her sentimental feelings about Portugal. The meals were excellent. However, I thought the farewell dinner main course could have been much better. I would have rather eaten at the Octant Hotel for our last dinner together. The Hotel food was outstanding. Many thanks for a lovely vacation in the Azorean archipelago!

The location was breathtaking. Great hotel where the staff went above and beyond expectations. The tours were great only we needed a little more time to shop. Best part were the guides Stefania and Mauricio. They were so personable and caring. I learned so much about the towns and culture, they were funny and great to be around!

So many things made it a wonderful trip that really showed the charm of the Amalfi Coast
So many things! Our tour director Emmanuelle Aprea was wonderful & so sensitive to those of us who had a little trouble navigating. He gave us options like waiting at restaurant instead of trying to visit Pompeii where there was no shade or place to sit down. 3 of us took advantage of of that.
He also waited with me at Paestrum until a wheelchair was brought for me at the museum. Then he pushed me until we could catch up with my daughter.
In Naples he surprised me with a wheelchair to navigate the museum there.
The hotel was very nice & the food was good too. Again Emanuelle was able to get us reservations & provided transportation to restaurants nearby.
It was perfectly paced for our group of 22~
I liked the gifts AHI mailed us like the electrical adaptor & cord storage case. Used both!
Would definitely do another trip with AHI

Pre-trip communications were adequate. Nice help booking accompanying airfare. Great guide … now a wonderful friend…she was highly organized / efficient, TOTALLY committed to ensuring the group had a wonderful experience, and planned (and led) several great “free time” activities.
Itinerary (Switzerland / Northern Italy Lakes) was a bit weak for the St. Moritz portion. Post-tour, we visited Lucerne on our own and found it to offer a much better Swiss lakeside city with history, culture, ample breadth of activities, etc.

Our trip to Ireland was made very memorable by AHI
Our trip to Ireland was well planned and made memorable by care and professionalism of the tour director, Alan Horan, and local staff and personnel working with him. The land tour bus driver, Anthony, was very knowledgeable and helpful, enriching the trip with many historical insights. We would have enjoyed a little less (or more) time in a few instances, but overall were happy with both the attention to detail and balance of tour and private exploratory time. The hotels and rooms were excellent, as were the meals with few exceptions. Well done, AHI!
