I love this program

I love this program. You can complete the exercises from home and the videos thoroughly explain the exercises. It is lengthy, but it becomes second nature once you are familiar with the exercises.

Great program, could use better design

It actually helps relieving the symptoms. That is the most important, and it deserves all the credit. The delivery of the advice, however, is not the most engaging - longish videos with mostly one guy speaking, with a bit of an amateur atmosphere (in terms of filming, not medically).

Everything received straight away and…

Everything received straight away and the material is easy to work through. I took out the 12 week plan as well which is in a different order to the material on the website which would be one improvement recommendation.

A Comprehensive and compassionate guide and treatment plan

I would thoroughly recommend this course to anyone who is suffering and has had little or no guidance on how to deal with pelvic pain. I struggled for 3 years, after being diagnosed with pudendal nerve pain, to get any explanation or practical help. I was advised to take pain medication and have steroid injections, neither of which helped, but just left me with unpleasant side effects. I did a lot of research, which was exhausting and had some alternative therapies before finally discovering Aidplan in Dec 2024. Although I was familiar with some of the treatments, through the research I had done, it was still beneficial to watch the videos. The explanation and treatment plan are clearly and sympathetically explained and easy to follow. Unfortunately my progress has been halted by ongoing issues with bi lateral hip replacements, but I hope to get back to following a reduced plan soon.

All-around plan to rebalance body and mind

First plan I’ve found for IC that is both comprehensive, yet explained simply. Easy to follow exercises and a well-balanced approach which treats the whole patient, physically and mentally, to set them up for success!

i neglected to use the program until…Jan 6, 2025

I subscribed to the AIDPLAN program 3-4 weeks ago but neglected to use try it until two days ago. I felt some relief the first night from my bladder issue which is inflammation and burning on urination plus alfuzosin to pee. Prostate not enlarged. They say i have interstitial cystitis which of course no doctor can even understand how it occurs i have been stressed out for years due to business stress and personal losses. Sitting, anxiety, all sorts of emotional beating myself up Anyway, most of that is behind me and now i have to fix the bladder. I just completed day two of the stretching exercises. I almost did not need a 10mg prednisone today!! Maybe tomorrow i can get off of it because the bladder is ruining my life Hopefully this is the answer. BTW i am a male in his 70's with good health otherwise. I do not fit the demographics for this problem. I had a recent cystocopy, (ugh! loads of fun) and the bladder tissue on the inside looked normal. This has gone off and on for 4 years. My body is also stiff as a board and has been stiff since my teens. Forget high or sidekicks with martial arts, and never could touch my heels to my butt, stiff, stiff, stiff. Four years ago, my exercise routine 6-8 miles running 3-4x/day plus bodyweight exercises. When the stress started in late 2020, no exercise, lots of anxiety from business stress, and 20 pounds of extra weight. Diet in the tank too; coca cola, candy, etc for years Blood work was a mess. it will be a miracle if this works. I had to fix a drug induced tinnitus problem that started in 2020 and arrogant doctors will never tell you that prescription drugs can do this. (NEVER TAKE LISINOPRIL AKA AN ACE INHIBITOR OR YOU RISK SERIOUS EAR AND LIVER DAMAGE. I PROVED IT TO MY GOOD FOR NOTHING CORPORATE EMPLOYEE DOCTOR WHO ADMITTED I WAS RIGHT BUT WAS TOTALLY INDIFFERENT AND COULD CARE LESS ANYWAY, JERK!) It took much of the last 4 years and a good bit of the near suicidal stress, but i figured out how to fix tinnitus and fixed the unfixable!..............Then came the bladder, another issue with unknown cause as stated by almost useless medical establishment that think they know everything, and for what it's worth, i am one of them! Anyway, i am two days into the AIDPLAN and i noticed some improvement on day one. On day two, as stiff as my body is, i could already start to feel a slight bit of increased flexibilIty, not much but it was surprising. the information videos are very well thought out and planned. My only ISSUE IS YOU ARE MISLEAD IN THE "TRIGGER POINT" VIDEO. YOU ARE TOLD TO GO TO A PELVIC FLOOR SPECIALIST to learn where the trigger points are. THEY NEGLECT TO TELL YOU THAT IN THE VERY NEXT VIDEO, SECTION 4.1 FASCIA TREATMENT, THEY DO SHOW YOU WHERE THE TRIGGER POINTS ARE AND HOW TO TREAT THEM, SO DON'T GO RUNNING TO A PELVIC FLOOR THERAPIST AS YOU ARE INSTRUCTED IN THE SO CALLED "TRIGGER POINT" VIDEO. 4 WHY DO THEY CALL THE NEXT SECTION "FASCIA" INSTEAD OF "TRIGGER POINT LOCATION AND HOW TO TREAT. YOU WOULD NEVER SUSPECT THAT THE TRIGGER POINTS/TREATMENT WOULD BE IN A SECTION NOT LABELED AS SUCH. I WAS READY TO QUIT THE PROGRAM BUT WATCHED THE "FASCIA VIDEO. AT THE VERY LEAST THEY SHOULD TELL YOU IN THE TRIGGER POINT VIDEO THAT THE TRIGGER POINTS AND TREATMENT ARE IN THE FASCIA VIDEO BUT THEY DIDN'T. THAT SAID, THE MATERIAL IS VERY GOOD! HOPE THIS HELPS!

Six weeks progress report

Six weeks into the course and I'm seeing some positive results. Definitely has made my life easier and more comfortable. The daily schedule must be followed to see/feel results. Took me several weeks to master the breathing technique and I'm still exploring for tigger points. As advised, I located a Physiotherapist to help me with locating tigger points, breathing techniques and overall pelvic floor exercise. I'm hoping to continue to see positive progress to return to normal.

Lots of useful info,. presentation could be more interesting.

Lots of useful info. The philosophy and mix of techniques are great and have research behind them. They could make the video presentations more interesting and less boring. I have found that disciplined practice of the techniques does really reduce my symptoms.

I am still very new to the program…

I am still very new to the program however the guide of the plan is very clear and straightforward and it helps you do it at your own pace and then your own time. I’m committed to giving this it’s full potential and confident I will get the outcome that I want for being pain-free.

The only people which I could get…

The only people which I could get answers from regarding PN. I had consulted with numerous professionals all to no avail, and as a last hope I found aidplan. It gives you advice and guidance on what can help you with pelvic floor dysfunction. In a world where there is little hope, and not much help, they helped considerably on a way back from the pain and suffering which I had been experiencing for 18 months!

Totally amazed with the results

I started seeing results after the first couple days! I’m only a week in but the pain is literally gone and when I feel something stirring up I start the exercises and rolling and boom! Pain free! Very pleased and hoping the results stick!

Comprehensive healing program

A comprehensive program with great explanations and exercises that you can implement either via the ambitious 12-week plan or implement in your own pace, by picking the exercises that helps you the most in the beginning, and then gradually expand to the other ones.
