I recently completed the AidPlan program aimed at treating chronic prostatitis, and I am thrilled to share that I have experienced significant improvement. Before starting the program, I suffered from persistent pain and discomfort that affected my daily life. However, following the structured exercises, breathing techniques, and relaxation methods provided in the program, I have noticed a remarkable reduction in symptoms. The program's comprehensive approach, which combines physical therapy, mindset training, and dietary advice, was instrumental in my recovery. The detailed video instructions made it easy to follow along, and the day-by-day plan ensured that I stayed on track. I particularly appreciated the emphasis on breathing techniques and stretching exercises, which played a crucial role in alleviating my pain. Thanks to AidPlan, I am now pain-free and feel like my normal self again. I highly recommend this program to anyone struggling with chronic prostatitis. The commitment to a holistic and interdisciplinary treatment approach truly makes a difference.
The stretching is absolutely a necessity. I found at first I couldn’t do all but should get better
It is good that the instructor does the exercise with you and explains about the breathing being so important and how that works with every exercise.
I finally started the exercises. I was only able to do the first 5 and had to quit as they were very painful. This was a surprise to me but I will persevere and hopefully things will get better
Plan going well so far. I have doing the stretches. Ordered a theracane for external trigger points. Wish internal trigger points would be covered more in depth. Looking forward to the meditations!
Worth it, you won’t know unless you try it
This was a great program, really well explained, succinct, professional and very helpful.
It is a lot of information. The exercises are very good and I am doing them daily. Let's hope that this system helps to rid me of my symptoms. I am happy that I purchased the AidPlan.
The video format helps me to do the stretching consistently correct by watching your therapist do it themselves. The explanations are thorough and detailed.
It's a bit early, but the protocol, modeled, it seems, after Wise-Anderson, make a lot of sense and is very practical and of great value for the cost. It's also well done.
The fact that I could see aspects of my symptoms being discussed was encouraging to the fact that I knew I wasn’t going crazy
So far so good. I started this a few weeks ago and starting to feel better. Hoping I'm able to get 100% healed. I would say this. You have to put in work. It's time consuming and you need to allocate 1-2 hours per day for the stretches and exercises. The 12-week daily program really helps, as you know what exercises to do everyday.
Very well organized and clear. Loved the check box option in the 12 weeks PDF plan!
Really good information and clear to follow plan. Thorough, actionable and compassionate. I appreciate the 360 degree approach. I would have loved more time spent on the trigger point videos. I am slowly getting better between things I have learned from AidPlan and PT.
The online course is very helpful and informative. Very clear and concise guidance that has helped me to re-think the way I approach and think about my pelvic pain. I like the structured 12 week plan that I can follow easily and do anywhere :)
I got my money back. The program looks ok but didn't help me so hope it will help you and you can try since the money back works fine.
Hello Mikael, I am sorry to hear that you were not satisfied. Your is money is already on the way. It took a little longer since you didn't reply to our answer via mail. Nevertheless we wish you all the best in the future.
I have been ill and unable to participate in your exercises. I fully intend to get back to them. I did start them before my illness and was very impressed with the dedication and knowledge exhibited by your practioners. They seemed young and enthusiastic and appeared genuinely devoted to their patients. I have sciatic nerve pain and have already had two major spinal operations. The sciatic nerve pain is back and I am very hopeful that your exercises will help relieve the pain. I feel that you are the right people to help me and I look forward to resuming my exercises with you
Very helpful routine but I still needed sessions with an in person pelvic therapy specialist. In my case I’ve had some of the conditions for year but had a relapse so most of it i already knew, I would the stretching routine is a must for anyone who hasn’t had many sessions with a PT yet and will help speed up the recovery if you do need one.
