DO NOT BUY FROM AIRHUB
DO NOT BUY FROM AIRHUB. Recently used their 7 day unlimited e sim for the US and the speed was throttled down to 1 mbps off the get go. Their mobile hotspot wont even connect other devices and just returns 'connected without internet'. Their phone calls work fine but ive been receiving text messages hours late at times which is extremely frustrating. Tried contacting customer support 2 nights ago and they have yet to respond leading me to pay for roaming for my physical sim. Absolutely useless data plan and terrible customer service not worth the $29 cad I gave these bums, id HIGHLY suggest going somewhere else like Airalo or AT&T Mobile.

eSIM stopped working for no reason
The eSIM stopped working for no apparent reason, leaving me without mobile data while I was out and traveling. The eSIM stopped working for reasons that remain unclear. Customer support claimed it had been used in an unsupported region, but that simply wasn’t possible, as I never left Canada during my trip. This was extremely inconvenient and stressful.
Although I was eventually offered a 30% refund, I believe it should have been 48% based on the period during which I couldn’t use the service. I also had to follow up multiple times, and it took seven days before they finally agreed to issue the refund.
Overall, the experience was frustrating, especially since it happened during my trip. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t use this company again.

This was about to be a 2 star review…
This was about to be a 2 star review and a rant if it wasn't for Chrstina MV to save the day. I hope she's paid enough.
I've used Airhub now 5 times in 2 different countries in 2 different continents across iOS and Android. So far it worked 4/5 times (my wife never managed to get her subscription on iOS working and after days of back and forth she got offered a 50% discount...)
This time around, my 4th time, it didn't work from the get-go the QR code received wasn't loading up a new esim and it said to contact support which I did and Chrstina MV. sent a new QR code with more detailed instructions on how to install the eSim. One remark is that it super annoying to talk to a human that only uses preloaded messages, feels like talking to an AI, but I guess that's what Chrstina MVs bosses make her do.

Joke of a company
Bought eSIM, never activated successfully, kept giving error message.
I had a bunch of old eSIMs still on my phone so I deleted them all thinking that might fix it. Turns out apparently I deleted the new eSIM even though I kept getting an error when trying to activate. Didn’t use any of it
Airhub didn’t want to help and said I had to buy a new one. Absolute joke of customer service. Will never use again

The customer service is wonderful; Christina MV did a great job helping me. The only reason I'm not giving a 5-star rating is because the QR code didn't work the first time, and I had to contact the support helpline.
