I have ordered fox hoodie before from airpears without any problems, I was satisfied at the time with delivery and quality of item, I’ve had many many compliments wearing it. I’ve since ordered 2x more and hopefully will be ordering from them again soon.

I ordered a top and trousers, the next day I was refunded in full. I used klarna, so wasn't sure why I'd been refunded so contacted airpears, their response was very quick, they explained both items were out of stock, therefore a refund had been issued, and it has been, the money is back in my account. I cannot complain about the service at all, despite disappointment the items not being available, the service was excellent

Do not buy from Airpears
Do not buy from Airpears. Clothes are horrible and after ordering found other sizing charts that aren't the same. I wear a xl us and to fit in their size I would have to order a 5x but not according to their size chart. I am getting nothing but a run around and I did originally look at reviews but apparently they are only refunding if people take their horrible reviews down which gives a false impression SCAM

i have previously left a review about this company and i would like to follow it up, after finally getting someone's attention concerning the shoddy state of the clothes they sent me i have been offered 2 derisory refunds or a full refund if i delete my very unflattering review.But i think morally i would rather warn people NOT to deal with this company SCAM SCAM SCAM27
Overwhelming Choices
It was hard choosing. I had to go back to my previous order to figure out what size. I had to have my husband take a look and he ultimately helped me decide what dress would look the best on me.

not even worth one star. Cheap shoddy not correct sizes nothing like description ie linen and cotton it was polyester and spandex no after sales replys, can't return and no one to complain to, a complete waste of money and a big rip off

I love Airpears
I love Airpears. i have bought some of the dresses and every time I wear them I am literally stopped and asked where such beautiful dresses came from! I would like them in linen rather than polyester but living in the heat of Australia these clothes are easy to wash and wear and very comfortable.
Fabric is not as described
If a product is described on the site as being 95% cotton then it should contain 95% cotton. I would not have purchased 6 items if I had known that they had no cotton in them at all and are made of a synthetic fabric that feels terrible. I am putting them in the rubbish bin. The site doesn’t allow me to place a review to warn others. Be honest about what you are selling.

The clothing was made cheap
The clothing was made from extremely cheap material like they make Halloween costumes out of. It’s a shame because the design is cool but the material is so extremely cheap. It feels like you’re wearing cardboard. Not breathable and not true to size. It’s just another big scam.
Product was nothing like listed on website
Ordered 2 supposedly "95% Cotton-5% Nylon" Japanese Art "flowy" tunics; waited for a long time for the shipment to arrive, truly disappointed when they are 100% manmade fabric, most likely polyester which I could not wear. Not flowy at all, except for the copied pattern, they are nothing like the photos on the website. After 2 emails (1st one no response) they offered 50% refund (to USD46) which I did not accept; then they offered USD34 and I accepted because I did not wish to waste any more time and energy dealing with them on the difference of USD12, will treat that as charity when I give the 2 "tunics" away. Asked them to change the incorrect fabric information to not disappoint other fellow shoppers but they failed to do so.
