CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS OKAY IF YOU ARE FIRM. I used the review from Judith Rudwick to successfully cancel my order and get a refund to PayPal. I told them truthfully that I cannot wear synthetic and that if I was not going to recieve goods that were the quality as advertised, the material advertised and true to size then I would cancel the order. I sent them a screen shot of the review and informed them that there are hundreds if similar reviews. I am so glad I read the reviews albeit after I'd payed. The fact that I cancelled the order within 15 minutes if paying was probably beneficial but I am ALWAYS going to look at reviews BEFORE ordering and paying. Thankyou trust pilot.

Great Designs at Great Prices
Was tempted to treat myself as a discounted price was being offered. With so many great designs to choose from, it took a while for me to decide which to select from my favourites. I went for two froggy items in the end.. a long top and a sweatshirt, as they both made me smile. Hopefully they will bring more smiles when I get to wear them.

Easy to use site and has some lovely items on offer. I cant comment on delivery etc or even quality yet as I only ordered today and was asked to review use of the site. That was quite smooth and I like that paypal can be used. I didnt like (though it is not a biggie) that I was asked for email address to get a 50% discount and after providing email address I got a 10% discount but if it sounds to good to be true eh?...haha anyway I am quite happy but if I had got 50% I'd have bought more probably.

Paddington sweater
Ordered a sweater several weeks ago and was excited to get it - I planned to take it in an upcoming trip to Europe! I got it today - what a piece of cheap junk! The quality is awful. I saw it on FB and it looked very nice! So disappointed….
DANGER WARNING: Not what is advertised
This was one of the worst experiences I had in online buying. The clothing is nothing like what is described or shown. The fabric described as a linen blend is pure polyester. The fabric for the dresses ordered is cut from 5 seperate pieces, poorly sewn together not what is shown in the photographs. The return policy is abysmal. I paid USD59.16 and was offered USD6 to keep this substandard product. After a lengthy negotiation Airpears offered me USD30 and I could keep the dresses (which were if no use to me, I wouldn't give it to charity) OR the full purchase price if I returned the dresses to China. The cost of returning the dresses was approximately USD30 With the tracking Airpears required. I chose to bin the dresses (honestly no one could wear it and it smells like plastic) and avoid the postage fee. This was an expensive mistake, I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered.

I like what I saw. I will have to wait for the dresses to decide if they are worth buying. I've had good and not so great experiences in the past with possibly other companies or possibly this company in the past. The web site cart kept changing the # of items from 1 to 3, even after I corrected it. I hope my dresses are sewn longer as i requested, as I am tall. Some companies do it, some don't.
