Clothes took forever to arrive - hard to get in touch with the company and not satisfactory response to delivery times - clothes are of poor quality and too small. Ordered according to their size chart and nothing fits. No response to my request for a return and a refund. Another Chinese mistake.

Very poor quality
Very poor quality, nothing resembles the photos on their website. Spent $50 on a crappy plastic necklace with cheap chain. Material on dress is itchy horrible cheap nylon . Do not recommend!

The designs were beautiful, but…It took over a month for the order to arrive. Crushing! The fabric! Plastic. Unwearable. The cut of every piece of clothing was bizarre. Long sleeves, also, garments too tight and too loose in all the wrong places. I would avoid this company. They don’t provide what they advertise. No cotton. No linen. No blend. It’s plastic. I’d be afraid to be near an open flame. Not quick to respond either. Dragging their feet on a refund by trying to haggle. No way! The clothes are garbage as is the company.
I love these
I love these! My only suggestion would be to add a noted suggestion to size up from your normal size, especially if you prefer a looser fit. The first jumper I bought I can't wear because it's a bit snug, so that is a bit disappointing. I also bought pants that fit a bit better, but still tighter then I'd like, but I can still wear with a longer top/sweater. Otherwise I love the prints, the weight, and the quality of these!

Shame on me for not checking BBB before I purchased from Airpears. Their merchandise is very poorly made and my request for a refund has become a bargaining issue with them. I spent $35 for a dress and they offer $7, then $10, then $15 and all I say is I want a full refund. Don't take a chance if you are a discerning buyer who wants good quality. Lesson learned the hard way.

This company is a scam
This company is a scam, the fit is appalling - shapeless neckline that slips over my shoulders, sleeves are over my fingers and trousers legs are halfway up my calves, and, I am 170cm - 5'7". The beautiful patterns shown on the website must have been enhanced by Photoshop, as garments are cheap screen printing without any depth and the fabric is the most horrible I have put against my skin. It is certainly not linen and not cool. Like wearing a plastic garbage bag. After putting on just to try for fit I discovered the appalling lack of breathing in the fabric. I thought perhaps it had sizing in the fabric so gently washed and put fabric conditioner in rinse, but they still feel as horrible as ever. Now, of course I can't return them even tho I would not be seen dead in these items. Scam company keep away.
Terrible company
Terrible company. Dresses were incorrectly advertised as linen cotton but made from polyester fabric. They offered a small refund then sent a fictitious address to return goods for full refund. Still refusing full refund even via paypal dispute. Don’t trust them
finding the wanted items
in your introductory film you showed items that I later could not find in your offer. That was disappointing. I assume they are no longer available. Also, each item is offered individually. I would have prefered to klick on one item--a pair of pants--and then have all options for color instead of having to scroll though 32 pages. otherwise I was very pleased with your product offer. The designs are beautiful and I look forward to receiving my order!
False advertising
False advertising! Garments are NOT made of linen, nor linen mix, it is horrible polyester and feels like wearing a plastic bag.
