I purchased a blind box and rolled a iPad. Very misleading cuz when you roll an iPad they’ll send you a Samsung galaxy instead. When you’re dissatisfied with them not sending you what they said you got they come out with “ all sales are non refundable and final.” They don’t even keep their word. I rolled a iPad so send me my iPad. They said they were out of stock therefore why was it one of the products picked for purchase. Be careful when purchasing from this company. They are misleading. Never again will I purchase from them nor will I refer friends and family again.

I just signed up for lifeline and I was directed to this air Talk. I have been calling all the phone numbers I can find and you can't get a person. I can't get a real person! If I try to send an email, it won't go through. I haven't even activated or port over yet because I can't talk to anybody. I don't think I want this company at all because no one will get back to me and there's no way I can get to a real person. I've called all the phone numbers. It just takes you round and round and round we go where we stop nobody knows.

This was the biggest mistake ever

This was the biggest mistake ever! I got the phone activated on a Tuesday and I got ny service 24 hours l ater with only emergency service. Then when activated I could get no apps because the phone couldn't send verification code because no connection to service? On and off line. Could not hear anything when talking on phone. When calling air talk to talk to costumer service they got impatient and kept telling me to turn speaker off but when I did I couldn't hear. A all over horrible experience. No apps or proper service for Monday when I went back to the T mobile service. The phone screen was old and scratched. The camera was terrible to. Not worth even being free.

Why make it simple to understand the reps?!

When I called with questions most of what I heard was background noise from other reps talking. The rep I was talking to has a very deep accent. I couldn't tell if it was Indian, it middle Eastern, but it didn't matter as I couldn't understand a word they said!

Sketchy ads and redirects

Edit 6/19/2026: I decided to switch to a different Lifeline provider due to the excessive adware, redirects, and virus-like tendencies with the device. A couple of days after I switched, Airtalk service was discontinued (which I authorized), and the new phone from other provider was shipped, I received a text from Airtalk saying I was re-enrolled back in Airtalk per my request, which is a blatant lie. I never requested or authorized this switch back. Very fishy company. Have to call new provider to try to get the new service back and explain situation I was using this phone to alleviate some costs. I will be cancelling asap because there are some very sketchy redirects and adware, they've infiltrated Google (the default browser) with a web browser China affiliated. I've had other similar services in the past with other providers, but have never experienced this. Avoid. Also, the high reviews are obviously contrived

The Hot Pepper Verde is the worst phone I have ever had in my life. The very first time I used it, the screen turned completely white and froze, making it impossible to answer calls. I actually tried to cancel my order before it arrived, but the AirTalk Wireless representative was extremely rude and told me I couldn't cancel. Because I desperately needed a phone, I decided to give it a try anyway, but it is completely unusable. Save your time and avoid this phone and their service. It took me 3 days to reach anyone. I used to really Love airtalk but their customers service and phones are not good. I had to purchase a new one which was the verde it was affordable but not worth it at all.

AIRTALK WIRELESS* Received defective device. Supervisor requested photos. Couldn't send to the email address provided because mailbox was full. Contacted customer service again and was told they could not help further, we were to Contact tag mobile because that's who was providing the service. Couldn't get through to a representative at Tag Mobile because the system didn't recognize the phone number or enrollment ID. Now stuck with defective device. DO BETTER. This service is for low income people.

I cancelled the service immediately after being tricked into signing up when I found out that they don't have the phones that they advertised. They assured me that it was cancelled. Got a tracking number in the middle of the night stating it was on the way? If you have problems with your phone from Air Talk take it in and have it checked for malware, the state crime lab is getting the one they are sending me I won't use it. Shut Air Talk down they are crooked, Do not sign up thinking you are going to get a new iPhone it's a scam! They don't tell the truth, never answer phone calls, and thee CSR Margie ST 051126 is a liar and stuck me with a. USELESS phone and service! I'll port the number to another company as soon as they open today and refuse delivery of the one coming. I don't have to take this BS, I'll buy a new phone from another carrier it's worth it!!!! Talked to another CSR and they said they would make sure it was cancelled and send them the phone back. That confirmation email never came, you can't trust them for anything, they do nothing but lie. FCC needs to step in and end this company just like Qlink!

This is my second time applying for air…

This is my second time applying for air talk and each time I apply for an iphone 11 they send me something else. the first time they sent a flip phone. This time there sending an Android. U better off buying a phone from walmart! Don't waste your time with them! Then they don't even tell u or let u pick some different u just find out when it gets to u. Mind u they wouldn't even accept my Snap documents saying I needed an undated one?? Now we all know snap doesn't issue u new documents every month once your approved it one decision letter. They told me I had to upload a letter from this month like huh? Yea straight trash I'm sorry.
