The CSR Allison that assisted me on the phone after I finished the application process. Was very professional, well spoken and knowledgeable regarding the Airtalk Wireless company. My husband and I are both over 55 years of age and both suffer from hearing difficulties. But Allison made the entire experience smooth and not frustrating at all, wish we were able to give her 10 stars instead if 5. Because she definitely earned everyone, she even thanked me at the end of the call. If I was in management position at your company, I would make it a policy that CSR'S like her.
