The phone doesn’t ring at all only vibrate, I tried turning off DND which wasn’t on, turned the Bluetooth off, change the ringtone and also reset the phone it doesn’t ring only vibrates when someone is calling the phone or meet:(
AirTalk made applying for a lifeline phone very easy. Then I was approved in less than 12 hours. I love dealing with this company. They are very consumer friendly.
I paid $440 for a phone that was stolen from my porch after delivery. I contacted my bank and because it was delivered, they couldn't refund payment. I contacted Airtalk and because it was delivered, they couldn't do anything. When I asked about getting a new phone, Airtalk told me my account had been canceled and they couldn't do anything. So I gave Airtalk $440 for literally nothing. I think they suck.
The worst company that I have come across. Their support is awful, It's about six months and I have not recived my service and my phone that I had paid for. I had called them at leats 20 times and my issue has not been resolved yet. This company is not qualified to be a telecomunication suport company.

I would like to give them a half a star. It is absolutely ridiculous trying t9 reach a live person about anything to do with your account so id you ever have a problem no matter what it is dont expect to ever talk to a live person to fix it. Ive been trying for months. And still nothing has changed. I put multiple requests in. Got email back and thats where it stayed. My issue is still on going. God forbid a person wants to do there job. If every person in the world is required to work why the fruit are we still dealing with automated calls? Government based phone company and its run by a computer. The phone service is ok. They give you data that lasts only 2 days then you run out. Service cuts in and out in middle of a phone call. And again I've been trying for months to change something with my account and not one live rep has contacted me. So if you want the aggravation I deal with get this phone plan. Otherwise go through someone else because airtalk is an absolute joke.

Airtalk Wireless "slammed" me twice in 2 days. I am without phone service and I need to call my friend to take me for an X-ray. I filed a complaint with FCC. To bad that people don't come to this complaint/review forum until they have already been defrauded. The customer service line is fake and so is the Captcha code to message them on their official website. It's doubtful that they really offer free international calls with solid service. I think this is a tactic to pull customers in. I write this as I continue to be without service for the second time.

An easy to use app and sometimes it can be difficult to remember your password for logging in so your last resort is to reset your password and create a new password for your account that is what needs improvement
I like it because it helps for when I have no phone to contact my family
You'd be better off with two coffee cans and a mile of fishing line between them, total absolute garbage service and phone (hot pepper Verde)
