As an affiliate partner, I am extremely disappointed with the customer support service. I have reached out multiple times regarding my affiliate account and commission-related questions, yet my messages have been ignored. I have never received any response or updates, leaving me feeling that affiliate partners are not valued. It is frustrating to dedicate time to promoting the brand only to receive no basic support when issues arise. Reliable communication is essential for any affiliate program, and unfortunately, this experience has been very disappointing.
this is my second purchase, I bought the original DIY kit alpha way ago, now I have upgraded myself to mk3 DIY product. my first thought on mk3, it way much easier to use than my alpha. the setup was easy, the product has the least hassle to get it running, no longer deserve a tile of DIY, but rather a pre assembly kit. the algo os 2.6 is very intuitive. the customer support from the start of purchasing alpha till today the mk3 has being nothing but excellent. I had issue with my alpha machine and reach out to them, and they have reply and help without any hassle. laser upgrade of MK3 is great, the laser head is much lighter, more stable, and the cut is cleaner than previous head, mind you comparing to 4 year old alpha model. I can only say about algolaser because I have not tried other brand, but honestly I have great cut and engraving experience with algolaser.the price is reasonably good, I bought the mk3 at a bargain when they release the product.

The Algo Pixie is a snap to set up. I was engraving 15 minutes after unboxing. What makes the Pixie better than most of its competitors is the built-in software and the touch screen. I also appreciate the example files and the included parameter suggestions in the included documentation. For the price, this is the perfect laser engraver for those entering the laser engraving and cutting market.
They sold me a faulty $1100 laser. Long story short, I spend hours and hours trying to fix it via their instructions through Whatsapp. I have over a year of messages with them trying to rectify the issue. They even had the nerve to accuse me of “operator error” which I proved it wasn’t. Their “tests” costs hundreds of hours, hundreds of dollars worth of destroyed materials, electricity, and pretty much tanked my small business because I couldn’t successfully produce my products. They refused to replace it. I’m having to take them to court. They hide their server of process in the US, so it’s been a challenge to serve them. I finally found the US server of process, but their information seems to be falsified. I reported them to the FCC.
DO NOT BUY FROM ALGOLASER. They do not honor their warranty. They are unscrupulous and dishonest and will stonewall you instead of simply replacing an expensive laser per their warranty.

It was an incredible experience 😃, I mean, amazing! The Pixi 5W is a small láser machine but powerful. You can engrave almost anything and then cut it to a 3mm thickness on various materials. Definitely, what I needed for my shop and business 📈. I fully recommend it #AlgoLaser
I absolutely love the Delta 40W. This machine is a dream to use. I've ran all sorts of programs through different materials. It has the finesse to engrave a delicate rose in epoxy resin, or do the flag on a piece of stainless. Dont hesitate you cant go wrong.
I absolutely do not recommend them. On their website, they claim to send a 24V 9A adapter inside the 40W module, but the box contained a 24V 6A adapter. Instead of compensating for their mistake, they are trying to make me pay the customs fee.
I bought the DYI mini kit 10w with the air pump and rotary tool. Excelent price, fast shipping, and the package was perfectly done.
Very easy to set up and configure, they have a file where they give you recommendations of every material that can engrave or cut and speed/power recommended.
Support team responds very quickly and are very helpfull.
