I really was impressed with the package and the quality of the watch. I am most pleased with the customization options. That is what made me choose this watch over other companies.

If I can give zero stars, I would. Watch programming came buggy. I reached out to customer service and they have been less than helpful. Company comes out of Miami, thought buying local would be best, but this whole interaction seems scammy. Buyer beware.

I love my Raptor Pro watch however the band continues to be a problem. You can’t order just a new black band and I don’t want camo, blue or green. The overall issue is you can’t just order the screw that locks the band into the watch itself and they say buying a new band it comes with but I want black not the other colors. It’s left me with negative feelings about the accessories but the watch itself is fantastic.

This product says military grade

This product says military grade, water proof, and more its a load of bs. I got the bravo xl and it made it right outside the warranty when the glue that holds the back on gave away, causing a totally lost dont waste your money on this garbage.

Fell for the social media hype and …

Fell for the social media hype and once I received the watches(Delta Pro and The Commander) I knew I got bamboozled. Made it China, Fitness apps are based in China. Made in China=cheap Yes they seem durable, watch faces are decent but the technology is garbage. Sensor for the Delta Pro is not existent, meaning I can’t monitor BPM. Here’s the best part I can’t even charge the watch. The Commander charges just fine but the Delta Pro, no charge. Tried 3 different charging blocks and outlets, no dice. Don’t buy this garbage.

Got my Commander watch for Father's Day…

Got my Commander watch for Father's Day 2025. A year later, it doesn't work. It says Waterproof and Shockproof. I went swimming on vacation, just a 4 foot pool with a swim-up bar, the Commander watch stopped working. Thought ok, let it dry out and it'll come back on once I recharge it when I get home. Nope, nothing. Their website also indicates Lifetime Warranty, we replace it if it stops working. Period. It stopped working and they won't honor the warranty. Even when I provided all the things like above, water proof, lifetime warranty, replace it period, the customer service agent got snippy and says you should read the lifetime warranty information that I told you in my first email. Oh, and they also said, hey we won't honor your warranty replacement but you can buy a replacement for $40!! What a scam.

So far so good but if I do have an issue I will be posting it I like the watch and in very truthful my problem was for mystery gift I got a $20 gift card for alpha gear 🤯🤬.but the watch is pretty good with battery life and I would wait to give a review like normal but I need the warranty

Waited over two weeks for my order and never received it. Emailed customer support to cancel and request a refund. Have heard nothing back from them. Company is horrible as is the customer service

Placed an order no watch no refund

I ordered a watch on July the 20th. You can check the date of this post. It has still not shipped. It still shows three transit.I have been in constant communication with their support team. All I hear are apologies... and at one point was told they're just going to ship me a watch and said, I would love it, not the watch that I ordered.... what's up with that?... i have requested a refund on numerous occasions.And now we have gone silent.... i should have checked the better business bure.To ordering because?The complaints on there is exactly what I am experiencing with them.... i cannot attest to the watch itself. Because I spent a $181 and still don't have anything to review on the product itself..... my recommendation is to avoid them at all cost!!!! Be warned.!!!!! This is now a follow up to their response which is obviously an automated reply.Because it asked me to reach out to customer support DUUUUHHHHHHHH.... The whole problem is customer support.And they don't want to give your money back.... UPDATE!!!! MY PACKAGE IS STILL IN MIAMI. PENDING, ACCEPTANCE, NOTHING HAS CHANGED. WHAT A SCAM!!! I’ve been trying for weeks to get a reply from customer support about 1 of the 3 watches we bought and just today the other 2 have similar issues with the screen going “streaky”. I’ve sent numerous emails with no reply. I like the watches I use my wife prefers her Apple Watch though. Update: They finally replied to my email after seeing my review here. Beware if you have a warranty issue you are paying $30-45 to replace the broken watch. Might as well spend the money on something else.

They sold me one for $150 and I received the watch with rust all over the band and the support team is terrible at resolving the situation. DO NOT BUY from Alpha Gear. Terrible products, false advertising, and horrible service. Their support is a joke, the lifetime warranty is as well.

Garbage Company & Garbage Customer Service

I purchased 2 Watches and I had them for 1 day. They keep Disconnecting from my phone. The App for the watch is total garbage and there is 0 support. I then Contact AlphaGear ONE day afterwards and they say that they will not refund the watches due to some BOGO bullshit. How can a company force you to keep something that is total garbage. The Product is garbage and the Customer Service is Garbage. I will be disputing the charges. Update: When I contacted them I still received the BS about not allowing me to return the item. I will be reversing the charge and shipping the defective watches back.

Never shipped

Website clearly states 2-5 day delivery, over a week and it hasn't even shipped. I had to call my credit card company to dispute the charges as the AlphaGear support team never responded to any of my emails. I would look for another option for a smartwatch, buyer beware.

This company is a SCAM

This company is a SCAM! First - they did not fulfil the BOGO promotion that they promised in their email. Second - their “lifetime” warranty is only for 1 year. Third - my delivery address was inputted wrong and they told me they could not change it because the item was shipped which is was not. The label was created and the item was never picked up and they still refused to change it and told me I needed to deal with the post office because they will not send me a new watch or refund my money. This company is a joke and the customer service is absolutely horrendous. BUYER BEWARE!
