Not 2-3 days, over 3 weeks before received! I ordered a watch for my sons birthday, he had already purchased a smart watch so immediately emailed them the next day to cancel the order, i emailed them 3 more times and didn't receive a reply for 3 days stating it was to late to cancel and that a return would need to be setup once i received it. this was 6-25-26 when i ordered. I emailed them at least 10 more times within the next 3 weeks because everytime i tracked it, it wasnt even picked up by USPS. 

I finally received it 3 weeks later, and at this point i would have to pay for shipping, plus a restocking fee. This is one of the worst customer service companies i have dealt with, their reply times are complete garbage. i always support vet owned companies but this one is not very good. I have decided to just give it to my other son rather than pay the fees. I eventually opened a case with Affirm and low and behold i received it a day later. Would not recommend.

Customer service is real bad. Do not buy this watch. They want pictures then they want the box then they make the excuses. Beware

I bought a total of 4 watches

I bought a total of 4 watches. Only one actually worked and would charge up. The other 3 won't charge. I have emailed their tech support and have only received 1 reply. Get this, they don't even sell the rechargeable batteries and have no idea where to purchase one. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They don't even have a phone number 🤣🤣🤣🤣

The most horrific customer service on faulty products

Purchased a watch and it was delivered July 3rd. Didn’t get around to opening it until July 5th discovered the band was faulty and wouldn’t stay clasped. I immediately contacted customer service after almost 2 weeks they said they’d replace it, but only after I sent them pictures after 3 videos I sent in showing the faulty band. I asked for a shipping label and was told since I had the watch for over 24hrs I had to pay shipping which was almost $20. They said it will be at least 10 days after they receive the watch before they’ll even ship the replacement watch. The most horrific customer service I have ever experienced. Do not give your hard earned money to a company that does not care about their products or customers. Look at the 200 plus complaints filed with the BBB.

Ok so far. Just activated it. However, No instruction how to change down button setting. Still can't get it to set. **Update-- I have emailed support 3 times with no response** ** Update 8-3-26-- 5 ignored emails. Customer service is a non existent joke.

Customer service is nonexistent i bought a gun metal color watch the color started wearing off within the first month or two i work in an office so this seemed like an issue to me after several weeks they finally got back to my concern and suggested that I buy a new band because it was outside the warranty

Everything is working well on the watch so far, except for accurate weather temps, and needing to remove links to fit my wrist.

It was good while it lasted...

Let start off by saying I really enjoyed my Bravo XL Smart watch. I enjoyed being able to change the face of the watch, it was capable with my smartphone and had some really cool features. Where the Bravo XL fell short was durability, I purchased it December of 2024 and had it roughly a year. Maybe a few months later my screen blacked out and wouldn't respond but eventually it came back on. Recently about a month ago(June 2026), it blacked out again and while the flash light works on the watch my watch is utterly nonfunctional. I probably won't purchase another watch from this company because I need a product a little more reliable, God bless.

I bought three of the Alpha Gear smartwatches. The quick USPS delivery exceeded my expectations. All three watches look sleek and elegant with the metal and vinyl bands, making it perfect for both dressy occasions and everyday wear. It connected to the phone quickly and has all the features that you can wait on a smartwatch. The package is very elegant as well.

NO Support

If you have a Problem there is no phone number and they will NOT return an email. I sent two emails and no response. I have only worn my watch a handful of times and the finish is already coming of the watch.

I paid extra for the “skip the line fee” it took a while for it to come in the mail. Other than it taking a while for come in it would’ve been 5stars the features is good. Doesn’t feel like a toy on hand. Really easy to understand watch and website.
