This is in response to alpha gear. Customer support is nonexistent and there's not a real person the customer can deal with. When I tried getting help for the 2 watches that no longer work it was nonsense responses and fees to pay to possibly get the watches fixed. This company cares nothing about the customer or workmanship

Warning! Avoid this company! I have emailed customer service several times concerning multiple malfunctions with my Raptor Pro watch and have received nothing other than boiler-plate auto responses. Currently, neither the power button or the mode button are operational. The sensors on the back of the watch no longer operate. I have to connect the charger to power on the watch and then the watchface intermittently flashes on and off. I could go on but I think I've made my point.

The website is decent somewhat user friendly. The website kept advertising that there would be a mystery gift and all I got was a bag because everything else that came with it was advertised to come woth it. As far as the watch goes a lot of the setting donr make sense on the watch as to what they will do and the fitcloud pro app is the exact same way

The watch doesn't count steps as it should. It misses steps. We have had the watch for 5 days . We contacted them on the first day and they are refusing to refund the money or allow a refund. DO NOT buy a watch from them. Horrible idea ! It takes days to even get a response . Do not waste your money!

Ordering was easy, watch is nice but a little disappointed in the face options. There isn't a simple plain screen that you can customize which is disappointing.

Everything that was promised as far as the watch goes came plus more in my opinion. Amazing looking watch and fast set up. It came to my house while I was on lunch and by time I got to work I already had a coworker asking me to send them the link so they could buy one. All in all I'm really happy with my purchase.

So far liking the watch itself,has not been field tested yet but feel great and looks good.update, while the watch is great so far Alphagear Failed to send complete order and still has not responded to my email concern about the entire order not being filled. Update number 2 july 13 2026. Alpha gear reached out and said they would send the missing watch band. Package arrived friday and lo and behold. Wrong item! Instead of a watch band it was a screw driver set for the watch... lets see what round 3 will hold

Products showed up quick! Easy set up! Unfortunately didn't last as long as I would have hoped. After 4 months, battery life is low, button response is intermittent, and now my watch screen is distorted. Enjoyed the watch, but durability is disappointing.

I purchased a watch from your company 35 days ago. The charger does not charge the battery, and it takes over 24 hours of charging just to reach 30%. According to your published policies, the one-year warranty applies to manufacturing defects, as does the lifetime warranty. I am extremely upset by this situation, particularly as you are asking for an additional forty-five dollar

Would love to write a good review. Unfortunately, i have tried to take advantage of the bogo and at check out half the included stuff apparently cant be shipped to my address. I have sent 2 emails to ask why and i got no respose gor over a week. So customer services are poor.

I’ve reached out multiple times to the customer service email that was provided regarding my order that was incorrect. I sent proof of purchase and color and let them know they sent me the wrong watch. To my surprise, customer service has not gotten back to me and all I got is a reply automated email saying someone will get back to me but a week and a half later and still no resolve. I am very upset because I wanted to love this company and order more, but if their customer service is this poor I can only imagine the quality of their work will be just as bad. WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN!!!
