Crappy customer service
I bought a watch that my son picked out for his birthday, using his email so he could track it. It came and it ended up not being exactly what he wanted so we contacted the company within the 3 days to do a return but they wouldn't even let us return it. So disappointed. We will be selling it to someone else to try and recouple some of our money and will find a watch somewhere else. We will never shope with Alpha Gear again.

I ordered mine echo and had to return…
I ordered mine echo and had to return it because it would not charge. it took over a month to get it replaced. there is no phone number to call for customer service so I had to email them and it was a slow to get a response from them there would be times it would take days for a response and other times they would not answer. The customer service is horrible.

Sleek design
Haven't gotten to use the watches to fill potential yet but they look very awesome and can't wait to see how my husband loves his at work! He builds booms for excavators so could be in handy with the flashlight option on the echo. Shipping took a bit too long but that's okay.

Purchased an AlphaGear USA Echo watch…
Purchased an AlphaGear USA Echo watch in April of 2026. By the middle of June 2026 it was involved in an incident becoming partially submerged in a pool of water. The AlphaGear USA Company claims to offer rugged quality at an affordable price but falls short on the “rugged” and “quality”. The Echo watch failed with a partial water exposure resulting in the phantom anomalies of screen changes, auto dials, and menu changes without user input. Support Services was contacted with videos showing some of the behaviors. They in turn claimed that the one month warranty had expired and their is nothing they are willing to do or can do to rectify the faulty equipment but could have a replacement sent with the consumer being responsible of incurring the shipping costs $40-$45. This is unacceptable. In the end their solution is not to make it right but have the consumer spend more money for a product that will fail again. It’s a money grab with poor quality and poor customer service at heart. Alphagear USA you should be ashamed of your business and customer support service tactics.

I bought my husband the Raptor Pro and…
I bought my husband the Raptor Pro and the watch didnt last anyear before the screen messed up. Paid partial to have it replaced and this one had died as well. Entire screen is blank white. He is a painter, so it doesn't even have damage. His Samsung smartwatch lasted longer in harsher conditions. Such a disappointment 😞

Bought a commander
Bought a commander. Always had an issue from day one with it never updating weather. Less than 6 months of having it, screen has now gone black. Messaged alphagear and no response from them.

Purchased an alpha watch a few weeks…
Purchased an alpha watch a few weeks ago. It was a buy his and get hers free. The first day both watches charged perfectly. After setup and charged my wife wore hers for two days and now hers won’t charge and mine so far does. Am trying to get a replacement. But so far I keep getting the run around. I wish I had done more reset before I purchased these watches.
