Had the watch 2 months and battery kept getting shorter and shorter life now it wont power on. Zero response from Alphagear support other than automated emails saying they'll respond in a few hours. Left a 1 star review on Google maps get a response from the owner stating contact customer support email again. I did so for the fourth time and no response. ***Update, the soothing response from someone at Alphagear on all review platforms regarding public reviews posted. However, no response after multiple emails to support. I've come to.the conclusion this is just the scam they're running!****

Answer to you 07/19/2026: Your company does not resolve the issue. They give you the run around. My money was taken without you providing the product. Stop this Mister nice guy response and make good on your product to a customer. ____________ I purchased a watch from Alpha Gear, and it has never turned on—not once. Turning it on is supposed to be as simple as pressing a button, yet the device arrived completely non‑functional.When I contacted the company for a return, all I received was the runaround. First, they sent me a video showing how to turn the watch on, as if I didn’t understand how a basic button works. Then they asked me to send them a video proving I was pressing the button correctly. It was one of the most ridiculous customer‑service experiences I’ve ever had with an online order.I complied with everything they asked, and after that, the responses stopped. No solution, no replacement, no refund—just silence.Based on my experience, I would not buy anything from this company. If you choose to, good luck—you may need it.

This is my third watch from them
This is my third watch from them. The first lasted two years. The second only lasted a few months. the third which I had to pay a replacement fee was lasted 11 months. I have reached out 3 times in the last week because the watch stopped working correctly. I have not heard from anyone. I even bought the 1 year warranty on the replacement. I see now that all their watches have life time warranties. Their customer service has gone down hill. You said to reach out and I did. It's been 2 Days and no response other than your automated response. If I could give a zero star rating I would.

No customer service
No customer service! Did not receive everything on my receipt. Emailed Alphsagear 3 different time only to get an automated reply saying I would be contacted within a few hours. It has been over a week and no reply whatsoever. I will never buy from this company again.

I bought the chief model
I bought the chief model. Looks great. But once you are to far from your phone. It loses all your monitoring results. It also loses any face plates that you may have uploaded from their app. It's pain in the ass to keep resting everything just because you stepped to far away from your phones blue tooth. Would not recommend to anyone unless they fix their problems.

Only a 30day warranty. Because it will break with in months
Watch is 4 months old. Will not shut down. Try to go to the shut down screen on its own. Side power bottom does not work half the time. Was told I was out of warranty because their warranty is only 30days unless you purchase a 1 year warranty. Junk products and warranty do not buy.

My wife ordered the gun metal chief as…
My wife ordered the gun metal chief as an anniversary gift. She received the silver chief instead. Keep in mind this was a gift for me. The picture on the box was of the blackish gun metal watch she ordered. So she wrapped it up and gave it to me 6 days after we received it on our anniversary. I opened it to see it wasn’t what she ordered and to honest looked very cheap like an old school timex the band looks like it will break easily being I’m in the construction field. She reached out by email the day i opened it the only way to contact the company. 9 days later they finally responded say that you have to return it within 3 days to get a refund. Now if it were what we ordered I would take it as a lesson learned. But the order isn’t even what we ordered. We have responded to the email sent today with what is asked to provide. Pictures that it is in new condition which I opened it and acted like I was going to try it on so that my wife wouldn’t get her feelings hurt. Just stated to her that it didn’t fit well truth is I wouldn’t ever wear the thing band is cheaply made and I would break it in no time. Guess we’ll wait another 9-10 days and see where it goes from here. By the way on the website it says 30day money back. Then I guess the small print doesn’t align with that banner.
