He waste my 4 days just reason is verification I lost my contract project due to Alibaba cloud because he was asking just very fine I submitted data to time but really it to very slow team it's not response in 4 days I delete my account and choose another cloud service
I bought the Pay-As-You-Go plan and thinking it's the most economical plan for me as I don't use the application regularly. To my surprise, I incur expenses that I never thought would happen with my low usage. Every month, they bill twice, and each bill is 40 to 50 USD. Every day, I receive alerts from Ali Cloud that a cryptomining software has hooked on its server and in order to remove it, I will have to purchase something for extra service. Isn't this their server issue? Why would the consumer have to bear responsibility for this? Moreover, I thought I signed up for a free individual account. But in the end it's not free. STAY AWAY FROM ALI CLOUD. Most likely they are caused by the server getting hacked with cryptomining. Moreover, there's no detailed break down on the usage at all - only general data!
I bought a .CN domain (I bought it from Alibaba cloud because it's the cheapest). The .CN domain needs a passport verification. I sent my passport and they authorized it. Then I bought the .CN domain but I couldn't access it. Days later I found out that the domain had been released again. I spent days trying to ask what happened but their "engineers" never gave me an answer. The domain was paid for and they don't want to give me a refund. In short, they stole my money. Don't buy from this company. Better to go to godaddy or another one.
I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Alibaba Cloud. Our company recently discovered that a fraudulent website, https://www mobitsolutionstz com", was hosted on their platform. Despite numerous attempts to report this illegal activity and provide evidence, their response has been nothing short of appalling. Their customer support team's dismissive attitude is utterly unacceptable. Instead of taking immediate action to investigate the hosting data on their servers, they consistently regurgitate the same nonsensical excuse: "The domain cannot be accessed, so its content cannot be verified." This blatant disregard for customer concerns is indicative of Alibaba Cloud's lack of responsibility and accountability. It is clear that Alibaba Cloud prioritizes profit over ethical practices. By allowing fraudulent websites to operate unchecked on their platform, they are complicit in facilitating illegal activities. This negligence not only harms legitimate businesses but also undermines trust in their services. I urge anyone considering Alibaba Cloud for hosting services to think twice. Their failure to address security concerns and their indifferent customer support demonstrate a blatant disregard for the safety and integrity of their clients' online presence. Do not entrust your business to a company that refuses to take responsibility for its actions.
Shameful. They are hosting a scammer which steals personal & financial information from unsuspecting customers. I made a detailed report with screenshots of their fake website. They flatly refuse to take action. Shameful.

Their signup procedure is the most incredible display of incompetence imaginable. Their email verification did not work until I deleted site cookies. Nothing works. They demanded a second email verification. They demanded a Registrant profile for China, which I created. They demanded a Registrant profile for ICANN, which I created. Then they kept refusing me to check out because "You do not have a registrant profile". I created a third one. They were all listed as: "Registrant profiles" above the error message: "You do not have any Registrant profiles yet - please create one". Then a chat window popped up. "Questions? We are here to chat right now!". So I typed the problem, and everything I tried, into the chat window. The window said: "Sorry, get back to us in two days, it's weekend now!". The chat window had no close button. So the site was unusable at that point. I'm a web developer. I say with 100% certainty that their site is unusable. Nothing works and I doubt anyone can manage to register a domain with them, since they do not even have a menu item for that on their site (you must scroll down many pages and discover it in the small print, hidden in a body of text in the footer..) Oh and every time you do something on their site, a slider says: "We detected suspicious activity from your IP address, solve CAPTCHA to continue" and/or "We SMSed you a security code" etc. etc..
THIS FRICKING COMPANY IS A HOST FOR ALL FRAUD KINDS IN ALL COUNTRIES! IT USED TO IGNORE REPORTS, BUT NOW IT'S FLAGGING MY REPORTS WITH SPAM FOR 7 TIMES! WHAT THE HECK DO I HAVE TO DO TO GET YOU TO TAKE ACTION ON THIS POORLY DESIGNED SYSTEM?!
Alibaba Cloud turns a blind eye towards fraud and phishing sites and will not remove these websites even when reported through their abuse form. All they do is report the complaint to the site owner and ask them to 'clean up the fraud'.
Alibaba Cloud is listed by ICANN as registrar for a fraudulent website used for repeated scamming, hundreds of victims in various countries. Sent three complaints to their designated domain abuse address. No response or action.
Worst hosting we ever tested. Ok we tried to open a website inside mainland china, this is known to be very time consuming and very complex. We had ALL informations needed, also a mainland china company, really ALL needed informations about 20 key points including documents and images of business owner, direct video chat calls and so on...company responsible documents and all, also we talk about a big company with 15.000 employees. Within three different ali cloud managers and a timeframe of about 10 month (!) of process manager, with declining of money from our accounts (without even one minute of launching a website)...and we talk about a small static HTML website, no eCommerce, no interaction with users, no product selling...at end: it was impossible to gain our target. A nightmare of different advises, technical problems and false tips from the managing personal, including new personal stationed in frankfurt for the german market...no chance. Intransparenct over-complex interface as well...the deletion of our account was also a nightmare...
It was horrible when I wanted to delete my account. The other review left by D.K. Sharma is correct: we couldn't delete our account by ourselves while they kept charging my credit card even if I wasn't using it at all. They kept charging me even after I changed a new credit card! WT?! Talked to their IT back and forth for almost 100 messages and finally got the account deleted. It's first time I met a business who couldn't even delete a user's account on their end.
Alibaba is a fraud company. I purchased an item worth CAD 200,000 from Henan Luxury Integrated House Co Ltd. They don't have enough capacity to do the engineering and production. I filed the refund application, but Alibaba 100% biased the case and support to the seller. I check the review about Alibaba customer care and found that they always favor to seller and close the case without review your evidence. They have the same person to review the case and make a false statement about the buyer. Then the same person handles the case and even escalates the case to the same person who deals with the higher team. They only change the name of the Alibaba representative. You never get a fair decision from Alibaba. It is a giant fraud. DO NOT DEAL WITH ALIBABA and Henan Luxury Integrated House Co Ltd. Or Canglong Group
And i thought Alibaba was one of the biggest companies in the world. I had to deal with stupedest bugs i've ever experienced. Like, it keept directed me to login again and again, wanted me to login even tho i was already. Never try to get free trial. I don't thing they willing to give. Just clickbait. Then i wanted to try with paying. It wanted me to verify my id even tho i was already from both real name verification and student id verification. So i said f it and tried to delete my account. I couldn't delete it too because it keeps want me to clear some fetures that i haven't used. Seems like i managed to use somethings in their service at the same time while they want me to verify myself again and again. What a f joke. Ui/Ux designs terrible af. It's impossible to find something in first try. The staff in customer service were well-intentioned but they are useless too. Beacuse nothing working in this garbage place as it has should to be . Never but never open an account. You can't get rid of them after giving many info about yourself like id, credid card etc.
Never be fooled by using their free trial No no, no free trial. They still charge for their services. They never provide any free service. Never attach your Master Card to this website. You can't remove it later. It will be stuck and still charged.
Worst support I have created windows VPS they gave me linux now now I have no controll over it. No support help
In one word it sucks! It says 1700$ for the individual as a free trial, but it takes 1 hour to sign up. Can't log in sometimes, their system is broken too. It constantly redirects you to different places in the new tab. He deducted $1 from the card even though he stated that he would not take any prepayment while becoming a member. Definitely stay away.
Would give zero if I could, I report several phishing/scam websites hosted on this service and all I get is "We could not determine if the site reported is phishing website or not".
