Great quality of hair, a bit darker in color than expected but overall very good quality. Shipment was also received in a timely manner.

Very good hair quality!

I have worn the hair for two weeks thus far. The hair quality is good but the cap construction was bad. The tracks were not attached to the cap in a cohesive way. Also, the cap itself is small. If it were any smaller, it wouldn't have fit. Lastly, the lace was double knotted, which is not the best when it comes to blending the lace without bleaching the knots. I plan to order another wig, but only because the hair quality is really good. Oh yeah, the length was true to size and the density was true to size(what I ordered).

Me and my sister both purchased wigs from this site. Both our wigs came back not looking anywhere near what they appeared to be on the website. My sister ordered an 18" 250% density wig but her came 14" and not even 150% density. I ordered a 20" wig but it came back 16". Absolutely not what we both were expecting. I will NEVER order from these lying scammers again!!! 😡

Disappointing purchase

Very disappointed with the purchase I made this time. First order was fine. This order wig did not match picture as advertised. Hair all different lengths so short hair sticking out all over. Fringe not full and too short. Im in the process of arranging a no quibble return with Ali Grace and they are trying to ask me to fix the wig (which it cannot be fixed) and offering me some money back as compensation. The wig is not fit for purpose and cannot be used. Ali Grace please stop false advertising or ensure you carry out full quality control checks before despatch. I want a full refund asap so I can purchase a wig that can be worn.

I bought 613 bundles and a frontal, they are totally a trash!!!! The worse hair quality I have ever had!! I do believe that the synthetic wigs will be much more silky than the wigs from Ali grace. Such a waste of money, never ever. Sis, be careful!

So update! This website is still scamming people and selling people these party city ass wigs! But I finally got my money back! Mind you I had to dispute with my bank for MONTHS!!! From March till today is when I finally got my coins! This company is disgusting, cheap, distasteful and their wigs are trash! What they advertise is NOT what you receive! They pull pictures from Instagram of random ladies and trying to advertise it as their hair! Don't waste your time nor your MONEY!

So I purchased some units from this company and AWFUL is not even the word to describe the quality. I bought some 3.99 synthetic hair from the Asian shop to compare it to the quality of the hair that they sent me. the roots seem to be straight but as you get towards the end the tips are clearly mixed with synthetic fibres and you cannot tell the difference between what they’ve sent me and the synthetic hair tips in the photos I’ve taken, and sent to the company to ask them to give me a refund for this unauthentic unit, but they’ve refused! it just goes to show their shady dealings ! Wouldn’t recommend- just spend more money on a better supplier

I ordered a wig and it was out of stock so I canceled my order. the seller did not accept this and, according to him, sent it anyway while I never received anything. I was pressured to withdraw my complaint and say that I did receive it (alie express) and that he would transfer my money back himself which is not according to the rules otherwise you as a consumer have no rights very tiring all those messages . I have been conned

The hair that I received from AliGrace…

The hair that I received from AliGrace was great! It is extremely soft to the touch even after a couple of washes. I even bleached the back of my hair & it lifted nicely. It of course changed the texture a bit, but not to where it lost all of its curl pattern & softness. I have straightened this hair as well & it gets pretty silky! I recommend this to any other “loose wave” texture fans.
