Smooth experience

Was very pleased. They worked around my schedule, showed up at the eta they had sent me when they were on the way, and the guys were very respectful and took care of disassembling and wrapping furniture. Charges and additional fees for travel time and fuel were outlined beforehand over the phone and in email sent ahead of time. I figured it would be a couple hours and they were well within the time frame I anticipated even with a hot day. They gave me updates on their time/total charges as we got close to finishing. They worked well together and worked hard through the heat while trying to be as careful as possible. Thanks!

Perfect experience

I had a great experience with this company. They arrived right on time and got to work immediately! It took just over 2 hours to move my stuff to a storage facility. The team (3 people) were very friendly, polite, and professional. I had no issues at all.

Do Not Use

All my sons quoted me to pack and move my entire house. When they showed up to deliver my belongings they attempted to charge me an additional $3k. On top of that they broke my carousels, lamps, china hutch and dining table. They also stole some of my items. All told thousands of dollars in missing and damaged items. I took out the additional insurance. I filed a claim with all my sons and they took 30 days to respond. When they did they offered me $720 for everything. They offered no explanation as to why. This company is a piece of shit that needs put out of business. They are dishonest and incompetent. I have never been treated this way by a business. Do not under any circumstances use this shit company. They will rip you off any way they can. They literally moved me in one day 2 miles. I can’t believe they caused this much damage in one day and refuse to make it right. They also used my ladder to unload the truck and took it with them when they left!

Overpriced

We where given a rough quote earlier. Approx 1400.00 which is about average. But today our movers who where great and we helped out alot as we had everything for them to.take seperated they had to put pads shrink wrap and tape every thing up. We told them it wasnt necessary but management makes them as it is an added expense. The customer pays for the tape and wrap plus its extra time the.movers make . Our rough estimate went from 1400 to 2400 dollars.Be cautious who you hire read the reviews. We told them we didnt need the added expense but we paid for. Corporate greed like other places I know.

Ive used this company a couple times

Ive used this company a couple times, and most recently they did a long distance move for us. I absolutely love this company, both times 5 stars. They do such a good job protecting my belongings and organizing them in the truck, and even helped organize in the house for the drop off

Nice guys bad experience

Although very nice guys, the staff was moving at a very slow pace sometime moving one small seat cushion at a time. No sense of time. Also, because of lack of training on the helper, he hit a step with a leg of our solid wood armoire/bar and broke the piece in half.

Really Awesome Job!

Emmanuel, Rico, and Ja’Brasi were so awesome!! These guys, only 3 of them, moved a PIANO and a COUCH, among other large items. They were gentle with the things, mindful of the space, and really kind. I would definitely recommend them for a job to any of my friends or acquaintances. :)

First time using All My Sons was great.

We hire All My Sons to move our 2 bedroom condo in Baltimore to our new home outside the city, The crews arrived in the time period they quoted. They were ready to work. The crew was very organized with the crew leader, Davon wrapping furniture to protect it from damage while the other crew started taking all the boxes and containers. They were very friendly and concerned with keeping all items protected, even stopping the clock during a heavy rainstorm. The high heat and humidity didn't seem to slow them down. Booking this was very easy, Jay in the office was very helpful suggesting the crew size to minimize the overall time spent moving. I would definitely use this company again, especially in the Baltimore area.

Not a company worth hiring

Reaching operations to confirm details was a nightmare, they were late and inefficient. I overpaid and they underdelivered. They were so far behind that I had them drop 80% of my move in the garage and placed everything in the house myself to save hours. Booking was simple, customer service center seems great, but the actual people responsible for doing and managing the work are a disappointment. Not a company I’d recommend to anyone.

I had seen this mover in action with an upstairs neighbor and was impressed with how carefully they treated all her furniture so I got their number and decided to use them. My only problem was I thought I could make short work of moving the small items myself and I was horribly wrong. I should have let them do everything. The men's names were Elijah and Darren that moved me. They were pretty amazing.

I’ve user movers a lot, AMS did not disappoint!

Wonderful experience!!! Was totally skeptical with having movers that charge hourly instead of a flat rate, but not only did they bring a good amount of movers, but they HUSTLED!!! They were on it! Especially with the amount of stairs that were required too!!! Would totally hire them again. They had great attitudes, and were very accommodating. Thanks All My Sons!!!

Over promises and under delivered

Told me initially an early move time, promised me a no doubter for the day of my move. After sitting around until 6PM and not being able to speak with anyone with any value, was told it would have to be the next day. Finally convinced them that was unacceptable and they picked up my stuff but couldn’t deliver it and stored it at their HQ overnight to deliver the following day. Then had the audacity to try and charge my wife for the added travel time that it added to my move. Was hopeful booking with them, now I will never again

This was the worst experience

This was the worst experience. My furniture was broken and destroyed. They hit all the corner of my walls chipping paint and putting dents in left and right. I would never recommend anyone using this company

The movers were great..

The movers were great.., The price was steep… I was told around 1pm to 3 but it was around 12 that they arrived… wasn’t prepared but all the same nothing big to complain about.

The company is dishonest for the real cost

The movers are kind and helpful. But the company is terrible. They didn't communicate minimum hours and cost for mover to travel upfront with clear estimated quote. It ends up around $200/hr + 2 hrs min + 1hr ($200) travel cost => $700 min for each moving. However, we just need a small move which takes 1 hr. I feel bad for the movers. The company put them on the unfair hotspot with the customers and we both suffer the consequence for the company's dishonesty.

They did a hell of a job

They did a hell of a job. As soon as they touched down , they got straight to work and ensured me everything would go smoothly. They were very fast and effective. Will definitely refer them to others and double back if I need them in the future!
