Great movers, unexplained costs
The movers were great, I didn’t expect them to take as long as they did considering they didn’t have to pack anything. We paid $1000 more than we expected due to the lack of explaining all the extra charges. They really need to do a better job explaining ALL costs. Nothing was damaged which I appreciate. I would recommend them but ask lots of questions!

Fransisco was great! Fast, careful, extremely experienced. Booking was easy, Francisco seemed to be well informed by the people in the office i spoke to on the phone. Smooth, more affordable then i was expecting.
Kinda pricey, but worth it

The movers were great however the prices the quote me was not what I ended paying for a 9 mile move of only 3 beds and dressers and junk removal which was a couch and futon mattress cost me over $1000. Don’t recommend
You get what you pay for
My experience with this company started very well with Alex and scheduling until the crew arrived 3 hours early. I had to then leave work and coordinate a friend to be at the house so I could go back to work. The movers were very nice but very unprepared. They had to borrow tools to disassemble my furniture, luckily I had them available. They packed all of my furniture in the truck without any protection or wrapping. Before I arrived, they bashed furniture on the front door coming in and were not careful at all resulting in scratches on my hardwood floors. They even asked for a tip! I am so disappointed in my experience.

Amazing experience
I am so grateful I went with this company! The movers were kind and thoughtful- John was so knowledgeable and helpful. They were on time and got everything safely taken care of. And everyone on the booking/billing side was really sweet and patient with my many questions. I’m so thankful!
Scratched and peeled up vinyl flooring…
Scratched and peeled up vinyl flooring in the new apartment. Movers left after moving up last thing without saying anything or confirming it was complete. Left door wide open with plastic wrap holding it open. Left because they knew they damaged the floor and didn't want me to bring it up to them? Reaching customer support was difficult and then I have to manually print out a form and mail it in for damages. Very difficult process jumping through hoops for this company causing damage to the apartment. Also got the bill of lading signed before moving to the new place(and damaging the new apartment) and got the payment before damaging the apartment.

Fry and his boss moved us in with great speed and care…. Polite and very knowledgeable, on time, communicated very well as to arrival and very accurate on start and end times…. I will definitely use them again!!

I was able to schedule quickly and their movers were polite, worked very hard to get our things out of the pods and into our house quickly, efficiently and with a lot of care. I would use this company again if ever needed.

The appointed movers were very courteous, very professional and organized. I was amazed that they were so caring. These two men were so polite and answered all my questions. They were cautious with every piece of furniture.
DO NOT USE All My Sons Moving!
We booked All My Sons to move my daughter on a Monday, and when I called to confirm an hour before their promised arrival time, they told us they couldn't get to us that day and would have to reschedule! Luckily, another (local) mover was able to fit us in, but what All My Sons did to us was unforgivable. And 2 days later, they still haven't returned our deposit. We are really angry. Do not use them! Do not use this moving company!

Our team Mauricio, Anthony, and two more team members (I am sorry, I could not remember their names!) were so great with our move to another house. They disassembled big furniture and pieces, moved them and all of our things to our new house, and then assembled again with no issues at all. I would recommend them again for sure. Thanks guys!!

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. My appointment was scheduled for Saturday, I was told a day or two before I would be the second scheduled move. Saturday around 2pm I call to check time of arrival they said it shouldn’t be much longer. 4pm I call back and was told the first job has an end time of 6pm but my move would still happen. About 30 mins to an hour later the guy calls me and ask if they can move me to Sunday between 8-9 and give me a $150 inconvenience fee on top of my military discount. Sunday 0930 still nothing, I call and was told I was not moved to the schedule for Sunday can they schedule me for Monday. After speaking with the scheduling team they are able to schedule me for Sunday. The movers show up around noon and immediately start complaining saying it’s only two of them and it’s a four person job. Me and my daughter had already moved the majority of the house, I only hired the movers for a desk, two sectionals, three beds and two dressers. They were moving extremely slow to the point where I pulled up with a moving truck and started loading stuff myself. At the new residence one of the guys gets hurt, cut his arm on their moving truck and I end up calling emergency services to get him. I end up helping the other guy unload the rest of my chair until two more guys show up. While putting stuff together I notice my sectional with the recliner was broken, frame ripped from the mechanical motor. As I stated before I am military so I have moved several times, HANDS DOWN WORST EXPERIENCE OF ALL TIME. Oh almost forgot if you do book read the policy because they were going to overcharge me until I read their policy back to them.

They were unable to give us a good eta as they were short staffed and failed to tell us that so we waited all day. There are a number of costs that were not evident from the initial discussion and down payment. They also charge before they unload so you cannot debate their add on charges that were not evident before the day of the move.
Reliable and accommodating
I chose “All My Sons” because they replied and accommodated my needs in a very timely manner. I had tried to reach other companies but none reached back out. By the time I spoke to “All My Sons” in was a day before I needed the items moved. They were able to help and fur a great price. Thanks so much!

STAY AWAY! Absolute Bait-and-Switch Nightmare!I usually don’t write reviews, but I am absolutely furious and refuse to let this company rip anyone else off. All My Sons Moving & Storage pulled a massive bait-and-switch on me, abusing the difference between a "quote" and an "estimate" to bleed my wallet dry. Let me be clear: a quote is a FIXED price. An estimate is a guess. They gave me what I was led to believe was a fixed quote, only to completely blindside me with the final bill.I was quoted $161 an hour for a 4-hour move, totaling $644. For a tiny 1-bedroom apartment with just 21 boxes and miscellaneous items—NO couch, NO dining room table—they dragged the job out from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM and slapped me with a $1,500 bill! That is more than DOUBLE the initial price!The deception started right with the sales associate, who told me, “Don’t worry about packing your dressers or chest, we wrap those items for you.” They slickly implied this protection was included. Instead, they hit me with surprise fees for the wrapping on the final bill.To make matters worse, the crew had zero sense of urgency. It took nearly eight grueling hours to move a single bedroom. They even took a casual break while my clock was ticking and my money was burning. The drive to my new place takes 45 minutes max, but somehow it took them an hour and 15 minutes—and there wasn't even any rush-hour traffic! They were clearly milked the clock to inflate the bill.On top of that, they charged me extra because they had to use a standard apartment elevator instead of a freight elevator. Are you kidding me? It’s an apartment move! Standard elevators are completely normal, yet they treated it like an unexpected obstacle just to justify milking more time and money out of me. the company's lack of transparency, hidden fees, and blatant price-gouging left me completely disgusted. Do not trust their initial numbers. Demand a guaranteed, written, fixed price before booking, or better yet—hire anyone else!
