Overall we had a positive experience but…
Overall we had a positive experience. The 5 man crew was about an hour late because they were waiting on one of them to arrive to work. But once they got there they worked very hard all day. It was hot outside and a poor air quality day but they kept moving. The crew was polite and respectful to us and accommodated our specific requests. We did have a few dings and dents on items and scratches on the floor that we didn’t notice until a few days later. Unfortunate but not severe enough to follow up with them. Estimate and booking process was simple enough. But the original estimate was for a 2 day move 5-6 hours per day. We contacted them ahead of time and insisted it would only take one. A two day move would entail taking the truck to a storage location overnight with associated storage and additional mileage costs. In reality the move took a total of approximately 7 hours including their lunch. Overall it went well for us but I don’t think I would recommend them to my friends and family.

THE worst moving co experience of my 67year lifetime. I recd a $4150 estimate which was quoted as “not to exceed” which I thot superseded any other language but in reality it’s a bait & switch gimmick to get u to approve the low bid! Tons & tons of add ons like - packing requirements which requires boxes purchased they had over 140 boxes in the truck for me to buy which took up 15 percent of the space itself & also number of items limits they stop packing after limit is reached. Weight limit too. It’s insanity! They damaged my rental house my landlord wanted $2100 from me. 1/2 of a 1 car garage flooring had items that were left behind resulting in me moving in a uhaul 5 days later cost me $1200. Boxes costs totaled $1100 so the $4150 bid actually turned into over $8000! A lawsuit was filed but landlord dropped his $2100 invoice demand so I dropped the lawsuit but this move was absolute hell on earth! Never ever get a mover estimate except IN PERSON only with mover seeing all items to be moved prior! Handling the estimate in this manner is definitely the biz model for these crooks who have franchises nationwide & over 1700 complaints filed alone with Texas BBB & Texas atty general office!
Excellent From Start to Finish
From start to finish, I had a great experience with All My Sons. They handled my items with care and at a level that I would never be able to do on my own. I am incredibly grateful for the service and highly recommend them.
Easy move with transparent pricing
My moving experience was easy and affordable. The company ensured I understood all pricing up front and clarified any questions I had. The actual price I paid was half of the estimate given to me. I had no issues with broken items, but I opted for a small insurance policy to take of anything that might have been broken. They offer 3 tiers of insurance coverage, and the customer is able to choose which policy best fits their needs. One of the managers checked in with me half way through the move to ensure I was satisfied with how the move was going. I was also given a free service of packing up my kitchen. I’m was very satisfied with the move and highly recommend All My Sons for any moving or storage needs.

Very smooth moving experience
Very smooth moving experience. Isaac & Kanye arrived on time and took great care handling my belongings. They were very polite and thorough and went above and beyond to make sure the move went as well as possible. Would definitely use again!
Quick, stress-free move!
We just moved from an apartment to a house and the whole process was very easy and quick! We had someone come by in-person to assess the job and give us an accurate estimate, then on the day the team was happy and very professional and quick. They finished early and took the time off the price. A very pleasant surprise! I was concerned given the reputation of movers in general but these were good honest people and they did a great job!
This moving company is the worse I ever…
This moving company is the worse I ever used. After moving from MA to FL, I had asked numerous times for a quote and was given the run around. When they finally showed up I got more run around but needed to move to start a new job. End result, they held our furniture hostage until we paid them another $5000.00. If I didn’t have 2 infant children I would have taken them to court - I still should have!!!!! fast forward to today…. My son and his wife used them a year ago and told me they had a terrible experience and would never use them again. I am only sorry I did not warn him in the first place! DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY. They change their name but the emblem is the same. They make you think it’s a family owned business. Glad I’m not in that robbing family!

The movers were excellent! Great people. But their boss or administration while on speaker phone told them to slow down and not move us so fast. Ridiculous. Grubby, schemey admin, but great movers.
The movers were very professional and I am a happy camper!
The movers were very professional, kind, and I was amazed how they were totally prepared to protect every object needing to be moved. They had all the equipment they needed to do so, including wrapping things in plastic and blankets. They were great at stacking appropriates pieces to move on the cart, not spending extra time that was not necessary. I had one special request at the end of the move to drop a family piece of furniture at my son's house, and they did that beautifully. Everyone was happy!

They took very good care of my items and even though it was EXTREMELY hot that day they kept going and never complained. I would recommend Thai company to any family or friends moving.

From the moment I called to schedule my move to the last of the boxes being unloaded off the truck, the move was a 10. I had to reschedule 2 times due to circumstances beyond my control and the company’s reps were extremely understanding and there were no additional charges. The movers were also great, especially during a downpour during the move. Highly recommended.
Quick turnaround with my move
They were able to accommodate with a short notice on with my move. My original mover was not able to make it. My furniture was handled it with care and packaged, wrapped well with set up in my new place. Daquon and Devon were professional and courteous.

Our movers were fantastic. They carefully wrapped all of our furniture and were able to move everything with no issues. They were courteous, professional, and even helped set up the furniture in the living room.
