Great guys and customer service all throughout. They showed up thinking it was a small job and it was a full house move and they were fantastic about it, even in the heat. The quote and prep process could be a bit more clear but overall a great experience. Will be using again!

We used All My Sons Moving to load a U-Haul trailer so we could move our daughter to West Texas ! Both gentlemen, Caddin and Chris were very professional, timely and efficient!
Charles was very efficient and professional. Also was very easy to set up and get the time I needed.
Our experience was fantastic. The gentleman packed almost all our things both quickly and efficiently into their sturdy boxes. The next day they loaded and unloaded at our new location and the amount of time it took them to complete that would have taken me two weeks at least. The unloaded process was so quick, and efficient, it blew my mind. The gentleman were all very respectful and kind the entire experience.
Great service from start to finish. Movers and Management were professional and clear communicators. The movers were efficient and careful. Would recommend to anyone moving!
Over 20 some years ago we used the services of All my Sons and were very disappointed. So it was with a great deal of hesitation that we reached out to All My Sons but we had been greatly and positively influenced recently by the professional and well branded commercials being made on their behalf. We are delighted that we made this choice. The professionalism and promises made in the commercials was superseded by the professionalism of the three man team that moved our furniture from Clarksville to White House, TN. They were on time, worked non-stop for several hours and then arrived timely to our new address and worked equally as hard to complete our move. They were friendly, courteous, and accommodated every single request we made. I thought the price was extraordinarily reasonable if not inexpensive

We were very misled by this company. We were given a quote of $156 per hour. We had one box that way approximately 156 pounds to move 40 miles. We were charged $588. Needless to say we won’t be using this company for our upcoming needs.
They promised to dispatch 4 men for the move but ended up sending only 3 without asking me. Moving delayed. Wall paint chipped. The truck for the move was rented. I think they outsourced the business without proper quality control and charged the same price. Not the best experience.
Movers spent massive amounts of time in the truck each time they loaded something, usually about 5 minutes before they came back out. Took 4 hours just to load a 2 bed 2 bath home, even without a couch and the beds broken down before they arrived. All they had to do was load boxes and a few shelves. Absolutely trying to pad the clock, completely unethical. They also left the pick up address before I had the chance to walk through and check that they had everything, and roughly 1/4 of my items were left behind. $1300 move, and I’m still having to rent a small U-Haul. Unacceptable.
1. Missed the appointment date. 2. Only 2 of 3 guys showed the next day. 3. The 2 guys moved as slow as possible! 4. Lied about truck being full for 2nd trip. 5. Service discounts not commiserate with issues! 6. Poor business practices to nullify service discounts. 7. Overcharged $816.10 for studio apt. 8. Arrived without tools to complete the job and tried to use products I didn’t ask for to drive up the price of the move! *May God avenge those who have been abused by this organization over the years! Also, may there be a swift closure and never reopening again under any name or circumstance! This organization is wholly unrighteous and corrupt!
Although professional in every way, I specifically stated that I did not need a truck. With everything being so expensive these days, I could've saved some money. They sent one anyway and of course charged me for it. I moved from one side of the complex to another. No driving, no loading, no stairs -just a few steps away. I do have to say that the moving crew was very professional and they worked hard.
Making reservation was easy and filling out paperwork was just as easy. The team (4) were good at what they do and was in and out making sure everything was to our liking. Would use them again.
The 5 person moving crew was very good. They arrived on time, packed and moved our larger items carefully and efficiently even on the hottest day so far this year in the Dallas, TX area. Only disappointing aspect was that I got a call the late afternoon before the move to confirm what was to be moved. After confirming the items I was told that the job was much bigger than originally thought and the price per hour jumped 50%. I am pretty certain that I listed everything during the initial call and at time of quote. After expressing my concern with the price increase it was lowered, but not to the original price per hour. Again, the 5 person moving crew was very good.
2 stars because the movers were wonderful and saved me when another scheduled moving company flaked, but a 1 bedroom apartment move, 10 minutes away cost over 700.00. An hour load, an Hour unload with a 10 drive between. I have another move coming up, a 60 mile distance for my other son, but I will not be able to afford using them again.
We are extremely disappointed with our experience. They were not transparent with the charges and we were initially quoted $340. Out final bill $900. In addition we were charged twice on our credit card the same amount and despite leaving messages and speaking to a supervisor this was not rectified!
Our daughter moved out of her apartment in Iowa. We live in Texas. All My Sons were on time and made moving our daughter a great and less stressful time!! The office called during the move to see how it was going. I would recommend them for sure!!
