Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. People often share that buying kits is straightforward, and they appreciate the fast shipping along with the beautiful selection of available designs. Many customers enjoy spending their free time on these relaxing creative projects, finding the overall customer service very impressive and helpful. Some reviewers were not happy with the paint pots, mentioning that certain colors were quite dry or thick and difficult to apply. A few other people also felt that canvases sometimes arrived creased from shipping, while others struggled to completely cover the dark printed numbers with lighter shades.
Auto-generated from all reviews of this business. For reference only.I enjoy doing these specific paint by numbers. I have tried other companies but the quality of the art, the paint itself and the canvases are spectacular! They always ship within the time frame they say and there is a lot more to choose from than other companies! Thanks for a wonderful experience number artist!
Order arrived very quickly, canvas was a bit wrinkled but hoping it will iron out. I haven't started the actual painting yet as finishing a p previous one. I will.post a picture when I have completed this one.
I love receiving my paint by numbers to do , such a wide variety to choose from too
Customer service was extremely quick with responding to my question. I received my order within a couple weeks of purchasing.
Give the low rating, I was hesitant to purchase from this company. But given the cute kits available, I decided to try it. The order arrived in less than 2 weeks ..and was exactly as I expected it to be. I will be back for more!
I love all the variety. I have purchased quite a few different kits. My only complaint is that you can tell they aren't all made by the sake company. I've had some where the numbers are very light and difficult to see. I've had some paint that isn't labeled well. It just seems to depend on which kit you get.
I have order over 6 paintings from here. I have loved them all. They are have all sizes and a ton a different design and styles to pick from. The price is always great and there is deals too. And you get a discount for your birthday! I just ordered a multipack of a group of 4 for 48.00.
When ordering my sets, I was notified one of them was out of stock. I was given options related to my original item and everything was handled smoothly! Received my order faster than expected too! Definitely ordering from them again.
Received pretty quick only issue was that apartment number was not on address but usps knows me and deluvered it correctly anyways
The delivery is very quick. I appreciate that.
Canvases rolled so tight there were creases. Paints are dried up and rubbery. No reference chart for any of the paintings. Looks like some kind of a food/grease stain on one of the canvases. Won’t be ordering again.
We are really sorry for any inconvenience caused. Because it is international long-distance transportation, sometimes some packages will be squeezed during transportation. The canvas can be flattened by ironing it with an ironing machine. And the product does not include a paper reference, only a small rendering. But we have contacted the supplier to provide an electronic reference sheet. If you need it, please contact us. We apologize again for any inconvenience this may cause you, and thank you for your understanding.
You cannot flatten it out with an iron. They are garbage. I am obviously not getting my money back. My mistake. Won't happen again. Don't let it happen to you. Do yourself a favor and don't deal with these people. The quality of these kits is terrible. A cheap plastic type canvas that can't be flattened. Shipped with rubber bands around it to enhance the wrinkle effect. Doesn't matter though because it doesn't really accept paint too well. Looks like crap. I've been back and forth several times and the best they'll do is 30% and I get to keep the garbage. I told them no and that seems to be the end if it. No more responses from them. Don't deal with these people unless you just feel like flushing money down.

I am 83 years old and the painting gives me pleasure
So many choices and sizes. Paints are really good, the brushes could be better quality though.
The paint didn’t match the picture. A dark color was an assigned where a much lighter color should have gone. The finished painting was NOT like the example. There were big spots of one color where more detailed work should have been. The colors were off not working well together and off from the example. I did not keep it. I threw it away.
Sorry for the inconvenience. Please take a photo of the canvas and paint and send it to our email. We will check and solve it for you.
I haven't any bad experiences with your company. The printed canvas is wrinkled, but it can be ironed I have enjoyed painting and love the results.
The selection of beautiful pictures is what convinced me to purchase from Allpaintbynumber. Very happy with my selections.
I love the picture!!! To order it was easy. And it only took a few days to arrive.
