I've bought countless kits from this company and everytime it is seamless, easy and the products turn up so quickly even though I'm in NZ. Communication is generally pretty easy to deal with if there is an issue. Occasionally the paintings turn up and the paint is drying or dried up - I was not aware that it was possible to let the company know and they would replace it until a couple of days ago, which I think is incredible. I have recommended this company to many a person who is wanting to get into paint by number as I find they are the best to deal with out of the many that are now available. It would be nice if they were to restock the wooden frames in the different sizes though.

The quality of the canvas and supplies are some of the best I've seen. Paint was fresh and easy to apply. The only issue was after opening the containers the numbers wore off and I needed to take a sharpie to reapply the numbers. Not a huge issue.

OMG...I LOVE IT!!
I ordered 5 painting kits. It took over 2 weeks to receive. Due to the distance.I was so excited when they arrived! One of the kits was the wrong one. I sent a email to let them know. It was not a problem It was taken care of right a way. I finished one last night. And WOW!!!! I'm impressed with the finished piece. It's looks better than the photo on there website. I highly recommend them!! The website was easy to use and has lots of different types of designs to choose from. Looking forward to starting on the next painting!!❤️😃

I love the variety of the subjects.
I love the variety of the paint by number subjects. For example, I ordered and received kits depicting Japanese geishas, Christmas themed kits, and lighthouses. A couple of the kits are extremely detailed and difficult. I do have an issue with the exclusion of a small colored picture to be used for reference. Overall, I recommend your products.

Good Paintings but poor quality paint…
I like the selection of paintings available. Unfortunately, I am not having luck with the paint pots being fresh enough to actually use the paints. I’ve had to pull out my paints from previous paintings from other companies in order to complete the painting that I’m working on. I’ve tried adding water to them and stirring them with the toothpick, but this is not made any difference whatsoever. This is very disappointing.

Great customer service. They emailed me that one of the items I ordered was on back order and asked if I wanted to pick something else or stay with my original purchase. I opted to stay with my original and they even sent an email back appreciating my business. Before I knew I had my original order delivered! Felt great to be appreciated as a customer. Can’t wait to start painting!
My current order(s) arrived more quickly than expected
My current order(s) arrived surprisingly quickly and included a previous order which had been out of stock but only for a couple of days. Everything was exactly as expected . My only comment would be " why don't you underline the 6 and 9 as its very easy to get them confused?
