Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. People often share that buying kits is straightforward, and they appreciate the fast shipping along with the beautiful selection of available designs. Many customers enjoy spending their free time on these relaxing creative projects, finding the overall customer service very impressive and helpful. Some reviewers were not happy with the paint pots, mentioning that certain colors were quite dry or thick and difficult to apply. A few other people also felt that canvases sometimes arrived creased from shipping, while others struggled to completely cover the dark printed numbers with lighter shades.
Auto-generated from all reviews of this business. For reference only. The combination of colors is not like on photo. It is very primitive and lots of colors missing. Very disappointing.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. Please send a photo of the canvas and paint to our email address and we will provide you with a solution.
Communication has been excellent Thankyou, the first painting I purchased was amazing and my granddaughter loved it. Can't wait for the next order
Love my new paintings, can’t wait to do them…
Good quality product, good communication, good delivery, definitely recommend
Nice product although I wish the painting came with a help number sheet. Good communication, prompt and great tracking available.
Positives: good communication, fast shipping, all materials included, pretty paint colours. Negatives: What I received looks very, very different to the picture that I ordered. There's no option to include photos, otherwise I'd include so you see what I mean.
Item received promptly and exactly as described/pictured. Picture is printed on quality canvas. Lines and color numbers are sharp, easy to read.
As my new hobby is was not sure which style to paint.A large range of paintings helped me make up my mind.Such a good choice.Take time to look through the cataloge, everything you would want is there.Ordering system is so easy to use,and an excellent delivery service.
great service prompt delivery will buy again
I received my order in a quick turn around. Thank you!
Painting arrived quickly and safely now enjoying painting it great way to relax
My order was very quick, very pleased.
I thought I was asking for the impossible. I needed a reference sheet for the numbers.because I painted over some of the numbers I couldn't complete my painting. Within a few hours I received a reference sheet. I thought it was impossible because I never saw a reference sheet thought there was no such thing. I'm happy the response was quick and protective.
Quick delivery and everything included. My only criticism is the colour advertised is not the same as the colours sent.
Great product and lovely colours
Great experience! I’ve bought from here before and was super happy so I did it again. Love it! The quality is good, with a great selection and they arrived in no time ordering from Australia. Highly recommend!
My package came in a good amount of time and everything inside the package was good .
I was really pleased with the quality of the kit, particularly the canvas. This was my first foray into painting by numbers since I was a kid. I have since ordered different kits that used a cardboard like paper, and had a missing pot of paint. I know better now!
I love the painting I got! Pockets in the canvas are not deep so that is great! Asked for something and got it fast! Customer service is a 10 out of 10!
The site was easy to follow. So many amazing choices to choose from. Shipping was fast. They came packed perfectly and exactly what I wanted. A happy family here. Thank you
