A Veteran’s Personal Recommendation
For more than ten years, I struggled with the VA disability claims process. During that time, I sought assistance from more than seven different agencies and organizations, trying to find someone who could help me successfully navigate a system that can be extremely complicated and frustrating.
Then I found this company—and my experience changed dramatically.
In less than one year, they helped me navigate the claims process and increase my VA disability rating from 20% to 80%. After years of frustration and disappointment, seeing that kind of progress was truly life-changing.
But what impressed me most was not simply the result—it was how they treated me throughout the process.
In an age when getting a real person on the telephone can feel almost impossible, they are literally one call away. When I call, I don't feel like a number. They answer my questions, listen to my concerns, explain the process in terms I can understand, and take the time to discuss the options available to me. They are patient, knowledgeable, professional, and, most importantly, they genuinely understand how difficult this process can be for a veteran.
I want to give special recognition to Jennifer and Heather. Their dedication, patience, and willingness to go the extra mile made a tremendous difference in my experience. They treated me with respect and never made me feel as though my questions were a burden.
I have dealt with enough organizations over the past ten years to know the difference between someone simply doing a job and someone who is truly committed to helping veterans. In my experience, this company falls into the second category.
If you are a veteran struggling with the frustration of trying to obtain the disability benefits you believe you have earned, I strongly recommend giving this company an opportunity to help you.

I’ve been with Allsup for 6 years now…
I’ve been with Allsup for 6 years now and my experience has been life changing. I am so grateful for all the work they did. I especially want to thank Joe and Queen for treating my claims like I was the only client they had. Yesterday I spoke to Javonda regarding…
Yesterday I spoke to Javonda regarding what the next steps are as SSA deposited back payment of my disability and nothing has been sent yet via mail or email. She explained the process to me and made me feel comfortable with what has occurred and what will occurred. The best experience after several years…
The best experience after several years of appeals was my senior advocate Brandon Kortgard. He prepared me for the teleconference hearing with the judge, vocation expert and advocated for me during the teleconference day. He was a master of guiding every subject in the correct areas and carried the football across the goal line !!! I will have the disability status finally after over 2 years. All of my appeals went great and were successful. However, the communication could have been better. Several times I called with a question, was told someone would call me back and never got called back., other than that I would still recommend the company service.

I can't say enough positive things…
I can't say enough positive things about Allsup, LLC as an entire organization. It did not matter who I talked to on the phone they are a complete team and always acted on my behalf and in my best interests.
Ana Klucker and Ryan Marchetti my Dynamic Duo VSO pair went way beyond the call of duty to assist me at all times. Their results were always at 100 percent. So unprofessional and they are taking advantage of disabled people
These people are unprofessional and take no responsibility for there actions. Had nothing but problems and they kept putting me off missing appointments and after 3 weeks of trying still hadn’t had my claim filed. They didn’t care and couldn’t get any manager to call me so just not worth the headache especially since you are seeking help for disability. It’s truly sad and they should be more kind to there clients. I’d never refer them and anyone who does should be embarrassed they are a joke!!!
