Someone at my local hospital sent me Allsup's way. I had no idea what I was doing, and had hoped I could find someone to more or less "hold my hand" during this process. Best decision ever to say yes to Allsup. Every single person I spoke with had undeniable kindness, compassion, and patience. I was prompt with the work I needed to do, and they did all of the heavy lifting. Communication was a breeze, and they helped me get where I needed to go. I strongly recommend that if you are going to battle with SSDI you have no better foe than Allsup, LLC. It was a long 2 year battle but it was so worth it! From the beginning with Lori Mustain (my angle), Lori held my hand during the entire process. Any documentation she needed. I freely gave, any questions that I was able to answer I did. Lori and the Allsup staff is simply amazing. You just have to be totally honest, keep up with all required appointments and inform them of any and all changes. Bottom line communication and documentation is the key. Finally (my other angel) Brandon Kortgard. Brandon kept me informed of all the legal stuff and was able to explain everything to me, (many times until I full understood). Horrible experience. Go with any other company or lawyer literally ANY other one. Wasted so much of my time and energy for Gretchen to tell me 'she" doesn't think I'll get benefits. At first they said I did qualify then wasted 4 months of my time. I'm 55 and have severe osteoarthritis in both knees but somehow I'm suppose to be able to go to work and sit for 8 hours while taking medicine for pain that makes me sleep. I guess I'm supposed to go to work and not take my medicine that I need. What an idiot. I was actually here to update my review but I have to resubmit it because it does not show up in my file.... If you are reading this and dealing with this company STOP. They wasted my time. I have a new lawyer helping me and the social security disability process is at step 3 but the idiot at this company said 'she' didn't think I would get benefits. I'm telling you they do not know what they are doing and the ones they get approved are the ones that would have been approved without them doing anything. Try Parmele Law Firm. I'm just saying UPDATE... Just got APPROVED for social security disability. But someone who "thinks" it won't get approved lost you $9200. Maybe she should do less thinking and actually realize when someone is actually disabled. Glad I just didn’t give up. If these folks tell you they don't "think" you get approved RUN to any other place.. Literally ANY other one.

Brandon Kortgard was fantastic! My health is very complex, with multiple co-morbidities. I sent Brandon a copy of my 1,100+ page medical records, representing 1 year of medical care. Somehow, he read through it and presented my information concisely. Even I have a hard time describing my medical history concisely.

Honestly this company has been fantastic and very much on point from the get go. I don't know if my disability claim will be approved, but I know that this company and their team has done their absolute best in trying to win my case. Keep fighting guys. Hoorah.

This company is bogus.. huge waste of time. My husband has been denied twice and once was his appeal. They really don't do much to earn their share. My husbands case worker told him everything would be settled before April. THIS APRIL. My husband keeps getting papers in the mail saying he requested a hearing but that's it. He called social security today and that lady said it takes A YEAR!!! a year to get your hearing and it's in court. The lady through allsup said it could be on the phone. Nobody knows what they're doing at Allsup. Don't bother wasting your time. What an absolute waste. They don't even get that many cases approved. They'll tell you "we wouldn't have taken your case if we thought you didn't have a solid case" useless company.

The importance to have a customer (me) feel confident in proceeding forward with VA claims. The assurance to feel that your attorneys have the ability to obtain personal medical evidence, to proceed with amending decisions from the VA more effectively. -my legal rep introduces themselves as "my lawyer" later tells me they are not actually a lawyer. -They can't spend the time ahead of time to properly answer questions so I can get the evidence required. -doesn't want to or doesn't have time to properly train me for the hearing. -I tell them I'm going to augment them with an a second opinion and they throw a temper tantrum, and then still doesn't prepare me properly. -I call the company directly, tell them I want to speak to a manager. --they have the stupid liar legal rep call me.-- - I DID NOT ASK TO HAVE THE LEGAL REP CALL ME. -this company is over rated, their customer service is marginal, no one really knows what they are doing. your future counts too much! they dont care about you! they have too many clients and not enough staff.

The approval process for SSA Disability is a trying procedure to say the least. Allsup undoubtedly was very well prepared to get us through this journey. One employee in particularly , Richelle Wiley, was a true champion for us. She help us at every interval, returning every phone call and being spot on with her answers and believe me there were tons of questions and concerns from us! Richelle made us feel like she was a family member during each and every phone conversation. Our last phone conversation we found out from Richelle that she was retiring in six months. Great that she can turn the page to a new part in her life but bad news for Allsup to loose such a high quality employee and a pair of shoes that’ll be near impossible to fill. Thanks Allsup for getting us through all this craziness but especially thanks for assigning such a wonderful person and employee, Richelle Wiley!!!
