Got everything quickly. Only 3 pipes had minor damage that only took me maybe 10 minutes including time to go find the right tool; channel lock pliers worked for me.

They had a 20% sale for Memorial Day and I had a tent in my cart with the discount and the next day the cart was still there but no discount. I asked customer service if they would have a 20% discount for July 4 and they said they did not know since the tent was made in Germany. I went ahead an bought a tent with a 10% discount and the next day they had a 20% discount The tent is made in China as it said so on the box. It is not made in Germany so I have no idea what Germany has to do with a discount. I searched on line saw they have had a 20% around July for for the past several years. My negative review is based on the fact they lied about discounts then blamed it on a demon in Germany. I would not buy from them again because they lie.

Instructions The instructions need to be marked with some kind of system. We ended up putting different colored tape on each part and marking which color went where in the instructions to be able to identify which part goes where. Other than having some confusion with assembly, it worked great!

We received 2 of 3 boxes - missing the poles - lost in transit. I sent in an inquiry and with no issue they realized the issue (still not knowing if the original box would be delivered) and sent another box of poles. We received this one no issue. No hassle at all - great customer service. Donnea L. was great. Unfortunately this type of great service is lacking with many companies - not so with Alltents.

Just a follow up. I did contact All-tent and told them about the 3 bent pole I recieved from shipping. One was beyond fixable. They sent a few replacement poles with-in a week. Kudos to All-Tent and Thank You!!

The greenhouse was put together and immediately got holes where the Velcro is attached when the Velcro’s would even stay attached! There are not enough stakes and they come out of the ground and the greenhouse leaks. the cover is way too light to be on a greenhouse. This greenhouse was expensive and is no good. We got it on a Saturday. We called you on Monday and said we wanted to send it back and get a refund. You refused because you do not stand behind your products. It was never even used! Just assembled! We have placed a claim against your company for this very defective item and reported you to the better business bureau.

Very prompt shipment and a good quality tent. The volunteers who set it up were accustomed to having some pieces fit together by tension and not so many screws and wing nuts. It took them longer than anticipated. But very pleased once it was up! One of our event attendees asked where we got it, so we’ve passed your info to another potential customer!

We ordered this tent with the promised delivery day a week before our major event. Because the tent was shipped in 4 shipments, one of the shipments got delayed. I dont understand why you wouldnt ship everything all at once together. Awful experience.

Ordered the 13x33’ party tent for a 60th Birthday party! It arrived as scheduled and the quality is wonderful. We set it up with no issues if you just follow the video it is simple. We did have a few poles bend due to an unexpected 15 min torrential downpour. I called Alltents and then emailed all the info and they got replacement poles sent out immediately and in time for the party!
