All packages were damaged and I have been waiting for weeks on the last package. Alltents could not even help me determine which package I am missing. They sent me a packing slip to go through. Ok fine....would have been great but one of the boxes no longer was a Toolport box it was a box taped together in 3 places to make a box. Haven't been able to start putting it together, so I have no idea how much I am really missing. You can not get ahold of anyone on the phone and it takes 2 days through email.

Ordered a 16x26 tent 4 weeks ago for my daughter's baby shower on 6/7/26. Tent was delivered withing 3-4 days as expected. Opened it up on Friday 6/5/26, one bar did have a bend at the end of the bar thinking box was dropped on end. Assuming this happened during shipping. Tried to bend it back but only made it worse. Took approximately 3.5 hours to set up with 2 people. We did have 40 guests with 7, 6' long tables and chairs and a food serving area with room to spare. The hardware sent with the tent is exact, so I recommend not dropping a wingnut or bolt. I would definitly recommended this product.

Damage shipping boxes/parts.
The shipping boxes were completely shredded when they arrived. Some poles had some dents and dings but everything was able to be put together. Overall the tent seemed sturdy and was very easy to assemble even by yourself. If posts weren't damaged and boxes were in better shape I would have gave 5 stars.

Boxes arrived in increments over 2 weeks. Good thing we were not hosting an event sooner.
When a piece was missing we called at 8:30am EST told we called outside of business hours. We were able to substitute the missing piece in house. Received an email stating the company was able to resolve.

The tent I grabbed was not of good quality and when I talked to them they told me that they couldn't do anything just give me a discount when buying the damaged parts, I sent them photos of the parts and they never responded again

Never received my order! Says it was delivered but no package was at my door yesterday. I checked my ring camera and no one dropped a package all day. Very disappointed

I just like the heavy construction of the vinyl.The last tent I had was the same size with a lighter vinyl, and it lasted three years.Hopefully, this one will last a lot longer.

They helped with my purchase, were patient with my questions-it was a very wonderful experience working with both! Broken plastic
As we were putting the tent up for the very first time, the round plastic piece that slides up and down the leg, snapped in two places. It’s the piece in the corner that expands the top. There is no reason a heavy duty tent should have a weak plastic piece that hold it together. On top of that, the “write an email” link in the delivery email gave me an invalid email.

Didn't get all the pieces for the tent missing one box to build it

Excellent product. Only issue was that 3 boxes were delivered very quickly. The last 2 kept getting delayed delivery status’s. It really came down to the wire of getting them and also getting it assembled for our event. Assembly and disassembly took about 2 hours with 4 people. It was however quite easy. Def would recommend!!!
