Great Customer Service
Although we haven't erected the tent yet, we experience great serve from customer service at Alltents. The package was damaged in shipment and some of the pieces were missing. Alltents promptly replaced all missing parts that we identified. One set of fittings was warehoused in Germany. The customer service person we worked with expedied the replacements and kept us well informed. No frustrations.

The tent quality is great
The tent quality is great. I was surprised it didn't come with any tie downs other then a basic rope. I am glad I ordered a tie down kit but it should be included or noted that it is not included.
Lastly, the instructions aren't great. Just using pictures doesn't always to justice on assembly.

Garage tent only partially delivered
Ordering was fast and easy but only part of my order was delivered. A few emails and calls got it back on track. Still waiting for the rest of the product but it's supposed to arrive tomorrow.
