It was wonderful to go into a beautiful, clean place and be treated as a valued customer with the first smile upon entering. We were taken care of by Ms. Rachel (a great representation of your company by the way), she was very attentive to every detail and made sure we had everything that we needed. I always say, it's the employees that make the company look good. Smiling and politeness shows how much you care for the people whether you work with them or working for them. I am a new candidate for the Diaconate, and our Pastor asked me to serve as Acolyte beginning with the Palm Sunday Vigil Mass. I needed a quality Alb right away, and fortunately CM Almy had exactly what I needed and available to ship immediately. As soon as I received it, I ran it thru the "wrinkle release" mode of our dryer and it came out ready to wear! I've received many complements on it's quality and look, and I could not be more pleased!

I ordered two albs for our staff. One was in stock, the other was not. We wanted matching material but ordered one plain and one with embroidery. The one that was sent did not fit quite right and was very high in the neck. The material also seemed that it would not breathe well. Both albs were cancelled. The return process was smooth and simple. We will try again with a different material at a later time.

With the passing of my husband, the family wanted to give back to our church in his memory. So, we decided on a home communion kit. The ease of ordering and the speed of delivery are commendable. The shirts I ordered arrived as described. I have one suggestion: it would be more than nice if shirts in Trim fit and in Slim fit were available, and at no additional cost.
