Resolution to order shipped to the wrong address
I had an order that was shipped to the wrong delivery address during the PayPal ordering process. I called to have the order reshipped to my correct home address, but they wanted to charge me for shipping again, fortunately John got involved to offer a solution, since I was going to cancel my order if I had to pay for shipping again. Breaking great sweats wearing the short sleeve workout shirts. I bought the wrong size (they’re cut a little small), so I notified the company and they were happy to accommodate my return, but they gave me an option to keep what I bought (large fits, but a little tight) and they sold me three XL’s for 1/2 price and no shipping. I appreciate when companies do what they have to do to keep a customer happy.
