Misleading Product and Poor Customer Service
I do not recommend buying from this company.
I did not receive my complete order, and when they finally sent a replacement, it smelled like pure medical alcohol instead of perfume. It was nothing like the fragrance I purchased.
I contacted customer service, and instead of taking responsibility, they told me that I have to pay for the return shipping myself. So I’m expected to pay to return what is basically a bottle of rubbing alcohol.
This has been a very disappointing experience, and I feel completely misled. Be careful before ordering from this company.

It’s so easy to order from Alt!
It’s so easy to order from Alt!! Pick your scent…and there doesn’t seem to be much of a wait! The scents are amazing and considering some of the brand name colognes cost over 300.00…. I’ll buy Alt any day. I were Crystal and Bella Vita and they smell just like the name brands!! It’s a no brainer to try this cologne.
Today my order was short one bottle..I emailed them from my delivery notification, sent a copy of my order and pictures of what was received and within minutes, I have a new order number for my missing bottle!
I’m sold on Alt and it really makes it nice that my husband likes it too!
Thank you !!!
Amazing scent and perfect for its price. The smell last throughout my whole work shift which was my goal. Non-stop compliments from left to right. Ill definitely be ordering again. I've got the Alt Farouche No.29

Incredible value for the price.
I had an excellent experience with ALT Fragrances from start to finish. The shipping was fast, and the fragrances themselves are fantastic. The scents smell amazing, last surprisingly well, and offer incredible value for the price. I've been really impressed with the overall quality.
What stood out the most, though, was their customer service. One of the bottles I received was only about half full. I reached out to their support team, and they responded almost immediately. They resolved the issue quickly and professionally without any hassle.
It's rare to find a company that not only makes great products but also genuinely stands behind them. Because of the quality of both their fragrances and their customer support, I'll definitely be ordering from ALT Fragrances again. Highly recommended!
Fantastic scents. They last about 4-6 hours per spray. Cheap enough that reapplication doesn't feel wasteful. Fantastic customer service, had one mishap with an order in the last 2 and a half years and they replied on a holiday and straightened everything out. Honestly probably the best scent brand out there in terms of quality and general care.
Smells amazing and pretty spot on to Delina Exclusif. I’ve already run through a bottle and have repurchased with the 4th if July holiday sale. Customer service also reached out to me and noticed I was placing my second order. I appreciate a vendor that notices loyal customers.

ALT is absolutely amazing
ALT is absolutely amazing. Their scents are incredibly close and pretty much spot on. Ive bought about 8 different fragrances from them and I honestly havent been disappointed a single time. I have brand colognes and I have people notice ALTs scents more than brand at times. Especially Agar Gold. That seems to be the fragrance that gets the most attention, as well as Executive 26. I appreciate their products and their amazing customer service.

Lost order
Great customer service experience. My order was lost in transit and without a hassle the customer service team sent a replacement. Very satisfied.
Whether or not we consider the products or the customer service…the entire experience is SUPERB! This is the best “alternative”fragrance company I have ever dealt with. The scents are as spot on as one could ask for, the people behind the scenes are professional, courteous, and incredibly generous. I only buy my scents here, and will continue to share it with everyone I know!
Loved my experience was able to get a replacement and a swap out for what I actually ordered. Couldn't be more happy!
