Very disappointing experience with ALT. Fragrances. My package was apparently lost, but nobody informed me about it. I only found out after contacting them myself and asking what was happening with my order. By that point, I had already been waiting for more than two months. What makes the situation even worse is that when I asked for a refund, I was told that a refund was not possible and that they could only offer me a replacement or store credit. I don't think this is acceptable. If an order never arrives and the package is confirmed as lost, especially after making a customer wait for over two months, a refund should at least be an option. The lack of communication was probably the most frustrating part. I shouldn't have to chase a company after two months just to find out that my package was lost. Very poor customer service and definitely not the experience I expected. I would not order from them again.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve had a great experience with ALT Fragrances! Their customer support has been excellent....responsive, helpful, and genuinely focused on making sure you’re happy with your purchase. Every fragrance I’ve ordered so far has smelled amazing, and I’ve been really impressed with the quality and performance. The scents are incredibly close to the originals, honestly 1:1 in my experience, without the designer price tag. I’ll definitely continue purchasing from ALT and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for great fragrances at a much better value!
My first order arrived as an empty package (it was clear somewhere along the delivery route someone cut it open and stole it). I contacted alt fragrances and advised them. They immediately sent out a new order and it arrived in a timely fashion. I am satisfied with their customer service and their products (its my 2nd time purchasing).

Received seven fragrances. Had one missing and they sent it out straight away. Definitely enjoyed most of what i got, Reality is probably my favorite but they’re all pretty solid. Theres only one or two of the seven i’m not fully sold on yet. I feel like they could be higher quality but they’re great for the price.

ALT. Fragrances has been my go-to for cosmetic fragrance for years. I have only ever purchased Cherry Smash from them, but I absolutely love that scent. It lasts all day and I get compliments on my smell all of the time. Every time I’ve needed to email customer service, they have been helpful and efficient in resolving any problem I’ve had with an order. They have recently changed the diffuser on their bottles, and it’s a major upgrade. The diffusers used to give out about half way though my large bottles, but now they last till it’s empty, and the mist is finer. I’ve never been disappointed by the service or the product.
I initially purchased ALT Innocent and a mystery scent. Immediately folks were giving me complements on the scent and I know that I liked it as well. About two weeks later I made another purchase for me and my wife honestly we both really love the quality. Not only are the scents good but customer service is great as well!
I received a broken bottle of the main fragrance I purchased and was looking forward to wearing. I sent pictures to customer service to notify them of the issue upon which they promptly assisted me with by sending a replacement. I’ve now received the new bottle and it smells amazing! I greatly appreciated customer service’s quick response and resolution. I will be a returning customer!

I received my first order today from ALT Fragrances, and as soon as I opened my mailbox, I knew something was wrong. Let's just say my mailbox never smelled so good. Unfortunately, 1 of the 3 bottles was broken in transit, and as I type this, I still smell like the scent. I immediately opened the other 2 to determine the broken bottle and promptly emailed their customer service. Their response time was refreshing, less than an hour. No questions asked, they told me the damaged bottle would be replaced and I'd be notified once it shipped. Less than an hour later, that notification was received. In an age where customer service seems to be a lost art, kudos to ALT for not only producing an outstanding product, but standing behind it all the way. That is how you get customers for life.
ALT. Fragrances have some amazing scents! My favorites are Exec no 26. And Agar Gold. Alone or mixed together it creates a wonderful scent!! And now, for the first time, I had an issue with a bottle leaking, but their customer service was amazing as well!! Replaced the bottle and started shipping it out the next day!! What a great way to keep a customer!! You guys rock!
Just received my first order from ALT Fragrances. I ordered a 3 pack and added a Mystery Scent as well. I received it pretty promptly, but when opened I noticed one of the Fragrances I ordered was not there and there was a Mystery Fragrance and another I did not order (4 bottles total still). I emailed custom er service to notify them and in less than 12 hours they responded and also had already placed an order to send the fragrance I was missing. Errors occur and I judge a company by how they responded. ALT Fragrances handled it promptly and politely which is all one can ask for. BTW, I am very happy with all of the scents I ordered!!
