Great alternative to expensive brands

I placed my first order with Alt and absolutely loved the fragrance (Bella Vita)! It was inspired by a name brand which retails for far more than I'm willing to pay for perfume. It smells exactly like it. My order was well packaged and arrived on schedule. Having said that, I do wish the website allowed you to search by inspired by brands. It would make looking for alternatives much easier on their site. I will definitely order again and have told my friends already.

First Order. Great Product. Excellent Customer Service

This was my first order with ALT. I didn't really know what to expect. I received my packages. Out of the 4 colognes I ordered, one was damaged and competely leaked out all over the box and onto some of my other colognes. I reached out to ALT, sent in pictures of the damage and they took care of the issue immediately. In top of the customer service, the products were awesome. I'm definitely a repeat customer

Had an issue with a shipment that arrived on time but had inadvertently leaked during shipment. I contacted customer service through email and within 24 hours had a response and a new bottle already shipped out to replace original order. Thank you to the customer service team for being wonderful throughout the entire process. I will definitely be doing more business with this store in the future.

I had such an amazing experience with ALT Fragrances! I purchased a fragrance from their kiosk at Aventura Mall, but when I got home, I realized I had been given a different fragrance than the one I had purchased. I reached out to their customer service team, and they took care of everything almost immediately. They quickly shipped me the correct fragrance, and to my surprise, they didn't even ask me to return the incorrect bottle. The entire process was fast, easy, and completely stress-free. That level of customer care is hard to find these days. On top of that, their fragrances are fantastic. They offer an incredible value, delivering high-end quality and impressive performance at a fraction of the price of many luxury perfumes. Broken bottle and great customer service

I had bought a pack of 5 colognes and one of the bottles was broken so I contacted the support and explained the situation and they gave me a free replacement The other colognes I bought were also great

Great scents worth the buy!

Products very good. I bought my son the Asteroid; he has girls constantly approaching him, asking what he's wearing!!! I love the dupe of Black Opium for myself.

Fraud

Their Bacarrat clone smells like rubbing alcohol, nothing else. I bought a bottle from Amazon and one from their retail site, same alcohol smell. Thankfully it only lasts less than 30 minutes. Unless you prefer smelling like bottom shelf vodka and enjoy marketing scams, go to Ulta or Sephora and get something better. I returned my purchase properly after being told that they'd give me a refund to my card. Printed that email, put it in my shipping box to send them. Got a response email stating they gave me in store credit. The one I bought on Amazon returned and refunded no problem. This is a scam duping company, and their customer service is full of lies, empty promises and false claims. There was more than 95% liquid left when I returned it. You wont get your money back, no matter what. **** you Alt.

Best Fragrances Ever

ALT has some of the best, long lasting fragrances that are just like the luxury fragrances they are inspired. I’ve been wearing their scents for years and have never had an issue with any of their products. My absolute favorite fragrance is their Bold Love and I just purchased the big bottle for the first time. I will forever be a customer of ALT because of their scent quality and projection
