Dear Customer,
Thank you so much for your feedback and ratings. We appreciate you doing business with us.
Please check the definition for scam, It is not right to judge a very hardworking company as a scam company. Sometimes it becomes very difficult to keep everyone happy.
We will do our best to serve you better next time.

Book at your own risk
Book at your own risk. If the airline cancels your flight because they don’t want to honor the sales price of this company! You will loose your money and spend money to get another ticket
Sophia was very responsive and attentive. She helped me very much!

Price quoted for the dates and flights…
Price quoted for the dates and flights I selected was not the higher price I ended up having to pay. Frustrating. After further research, the higher price I had to pay was similar to the price quoted on other websites. Oh well ...

I bought the tickets from January 16. 2023 for 2 passengers, the flight March 19 Boston to Dominican Republic，( DL1973) unfortunately when we checked in Airport on March 19, my ticket was been suspended, I was called your travel agent, but they can not help. Now today 2024, April, I still not got my Refund back, I called the Altos Travel, they said you have to call Kenya company, they Issued the tickets, Kenya said you have to ask Altos Travel to request to call us to refund, so they throw the ball...$960.50 still no REFUND!

A representative reached out with a more than adequate replacement for fairs I had requested that were no longer available. Same price. Great experience!
