I recently worked with Jose Perez to book a flight, and the experience was outstanding. It was incredibly attentive and made sure to find the best option for me. Jose quick responses, professionalism, and dedication made the process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend his services to anyone looking for reliable and efficient travel assistance.

SCAM
SCAM. Altos Travel (aka FlightOm Travel and others) is a fake travel agency. We used them to book a flight for our minor child and after the trip was cancelled they are holding out and will not refund our payment to them. I have gotten nowhere with their CS and will be reporting them to the North Carolina and New Jersey DOJ. They seen to be an outfit based in India but use a number of US-based websites/addresses to fool in customers. Buyer beware!!
Jose Perez is fantastic! He is patient and thorough. He was able to accommodate my son and I with the most convenient flights and the best price!

Beware
Beware, Scammers. I inquired about 2 first class tickets to orlando on DELTA. They sent me over a quote via email, I was happy about the prices. So I agreed, They then sent me a second quote and asked me to reply that I agree. I agreed and gave them my credit card info. After a few minutes of thinking about it I became suspicious and looked back to compare the first and second email and realized they changed my seats to economy seats. I messaged them right away and asked them why they did that and they said because you cant get first class seats for that price. I told them not to charge my card and I didnt want to do business with them. Today 2 weeks later there were charges on my card from frontier airlines for three tickets totaling $1600. I contacted Frontier they told me the tickets were purchased for Kevin Somwaru, Romel Somwaru and Juanfang Zhu....
I know it was Altos Travel because I never used that Credit Card. No one else would have access to the number. Beware, they are very sneaky.... Still have not received my money back.
Update: I just got a message from trustpilot stating that Altos travel is claiming that I am reviewing the wrong company. I'm here to tell you that This is the correct company.
The man I dealt with his name was Paul just like in all the other reviews here. I also have screenshots of the emails If anybody wants contact me and see them I will gladly show them. Beware scam scam scam.

Dear Traveler,
We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback, and we would like to address the concerns you raised in your recent review.
First and foremost, we can confirm that your refund request for the Delta flight which you requested to cancel was processed on **18 August 2024** for the amount of **$584**. As for the dispute regarding a charge of **$1600**, we have thoroughly reviewed our records and found that this charge did not originate from us. We want to clarify that your card details are encrypted for security, and we do not have access to them.
Based on the information you've provided, the charge in question appears to be related to **Frontier Airlines**, not **Altos Travel**. If you believe this charge is incorrect, we encourage you to raise a dispute directly with your bank or card provider. Any legitimate charges from our side would appear under the name **Altos Travel**.
We understand that this situation has been inconvenient, and for that, we sincerely apologize. Please know that we are here to assist you in any way we can and appreciate your understanding on this matter.
If you have any further questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to us directly.
Warm regards,
Support Desk

Paul made the process easy. I was a bit worried using the website for the first time. The ticket price was a bit higher than listed on the site but the final price was much less than the price would have been through the airline website. Thanks Paul for the wonderful customer service!

It would be zero stars if available
It would be zero stars if available. First off, privacy concerns: once you start booking online they call you up (it was 12am) saying that they would love to help you upgrade the flight, and get very irrational when you politely decline. Then, once the flight is booked you get another call that says: we have sent you an email indicating that the status of the booking is Pending. We just received a call from the airline indicating that we cannot offer tickets at this price anymore and you have to upgrade. The 'upgraded price' is a tad more than what the airline offers in their website. This is a complete scam because we were 3 friends who are travelling to Aruba with our respective families (a total of 8 persons) and all 3 of us received the same exact call. They have you credit card and all other info meanwhile.
