Jose Perez was extremely helpful in getting me a last minute flight at a decent price to the Dominican Republic after a tragic death in our family due to the Jet Set incident. I am very grateful for his professionalism and patience and guidance throughout the entire booking experience. Thank you Jose!
I purchase hundreds of tickets every year for teams of individuals going on mission - and just recently was introduced to ALTOSTRAVEL. I have just recently purchased tickets for 3 teams - and I saved thousands of dollars. The service was great as Daizy Scott cared for my requests from beginning to end. Great customer service, great value for the tickets, great experience!
I booked my travel with Jose Perez and he was absolutely the best! He made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and tailored everything to my needs. Super professional, responsive, and kind—I’ll definitely book with him again. Highly recommend! Heidy E.
Isaac was awesome and ensured a smooth/easy booking experience. Issac was so friendly and clear about each step of the way. Thanks, Isaac!
Isaac Isaac worked to help me get flights that fit my situation and was able to keep my quote at a comparable price. I appreciated the personal call to work with me.
I was greatly appreciative with the explanation, task correction and support from Isaac Hayden in providing me with what I originally booked through your agency. I am a single mother and do not have a lot of money. The assistance he provided after being told something completely different by another rep had me in happy tears. Thank you for everything and I will personally work with him on trips in the future.
Very good and satisfied Miguel Sanchez Asist me

REVIEWS HERE ARE FAKE. Terrible experience. I have no money and no tickets now, getting a refund is nearly impossible. They bank out of Tamil Nadu India, good luck disputing charges.
Daisy Scott went above and beyond to make sure I got the flights I wanted at the rate I needed. At one point I just wanted to cancel everything but she didn’t give up and kept finding ways to help me.

The good reviews are all FAKE. Do not use this company. I am still PISSED a year later they scammed me and did not refund me. They keep saying it was the airline's fault but they are not making any effort to make it right.
THIS IS NOT A REAL TRAVEL AGENCY! DO NOT PURCHASE TICKETS THROUGH ALTOS TRAVEL. THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD THEN CANCELLED MY FLIGHTS WITH NO COMMUNICATION AND NOW THEY ARE IGNORING MY CALLS.
