I have been using them for 4 months and have had zero shipping or refill problems. Customer service is a little slow with response but not to bad, over all very satisfied with my choice, ive lost 38 lbs

This site is a SCAM
This site is a SCAM. Do not do business with them or send them any money! I ordered Terzepitide and they shipped me Semaglutide. I tried to call them to point out their error however they will not answer the phone or return phone calls. After some investigation I found that what they did to me is not unusual as they did it to other customers as well. I have since disputed the charges with my credit card company and it is ongoing.

I have not placed an order with Alt Rx yet, but I wanted to share my fantastic experience speaking with Paige. She spent a significant amount of time with me thoroughly explaining the entire process, including ordering, shipping, memberships and future pricing structures. She also showed me exactly where to find detailed information on product usage. I was incredibly impressed by her helpful accommodations, Deep expertise, knowledge, and absolute clarity. Wow great service
Wow, they really did a great job getting my 3-month Tirzepatide script under a tight deadline. I’ve done Noom and ReFills previously. Altrx has been the best of the 3. Like all the websites it is clunky, so a direct email works best. Get this - they ANSWER their phone and return calls with REAL people! People freaking that ice packs are melted (mine weren’t) don’t understand that unopened bottles have a really long room temperature shelf life. Thx!

Their customer service is very slow. Had questions about going to level 2 and was sent anyway. Sitting on my dining room table still waiting to hear back from there. With refill and new orders they are right on top of it. Even when not ready they repeatedly contact you. But when there is a problem different story

The worst experience from any business I’ve purchased from. After a week of the run around I cancelled my order and they told me they couldn’t stop the first prescription and charged me 170 dollars for it. They don’t even post a valid phone number. Unbelievable how awful they are, especially when you do finally get someone on the phone.

I ordered from altRx and paid for 3 months worth of prescription. When I received my package, it was only 1- month of prescriptions. I tried contacting the customer service number but the number doesn't work. Getting someone on the phone is almost impossible. I emailed them but received a automatic reply that someone will contact me in 24 hours. The worst experience I've ever had.
Scam company - no refunds even though I didn't receive order!
Ordered a 3-month supply of meds and was charged $255. I then started getting the runaround from customer service about the pharmacy not having the meds that I had ordered, so I requested to cancel. They immediately sent me a link to cancel the order IN WHICH I HAD TO AGREE TO FORFEIT A REFUND. I never received anything! Why would I pay $255 for meds that I never received? Total scam company. DO NOT TRUST THEM.
Charged without authorization
They changed my prescription to a new medication without me ever requesting a change, or authorizing the change. They charged me for their mistake and then told me they couldn't refund it, and I'd need to pay another fee for the correct prescription.
Delayed shipments after payment
As of right now they are getting 1 star from me. I placed and paid for my order on July 17th. Here it is July w9th and I'm yet to receive my order. I have reached out several times and I just keep getting told the pharmacy is processing my order to be shipped. This is ridiculous and very unprofessional. I left them know if there is no update on my order within 48 hours I want a full refund. Their ordering process is very suspicious and I will be looking for an alternative company.

Wish I could give zero stars. I was with Trim Rx before and had a horrible experience, so I switched to Alt Rx. I know people who go through them and have heard great things! My mother actually ordered through them, placed it on 7-20, got it 2/3 days later. I placed my order on 7/22, was approved instantly. It is now 7/30 and I still have yet to receive my 3 month bundle. I must say their communication response time is great, but they keep telling me the pharmacy is experiencing delays. And also that as long as my doses are not spaced more than 10 days apart I can continue once my shipment arrives. My last dose was taken Tuesday 7/21. As of today it’s been 9 days. I still have NO shipping or tracking information. I am so disappointed. This is exactly why I switched companies!

I chose this company because of all the positive reviews, but after my experience, I'm questioning how genuine they are. I ordered on July 5 and received my package on July 9 after a one-day delay. When it arrived, the insulated bag was extremely hot inside, and the ice pack was completely warm. Since this is a temperature-sensitive medication, I contacted customer service. They responded quickly but told me it was safe to use as long as it wasn't milky or cloudy and to refrigerate it for 24 hours first. That response didn't give me confidence. I expected better shipping and packaging for medication that requires temperature control.

RUNNNNNNN!!! 0 out of 10. I absolutely DO NOT recommend. I ordered over 1 month ago & a shipping label was created, however i never received my dosage. I reached out, I was told there was a wait for a response from the pharmacy. Now everyday Im being sent a intake form to complete on hows it going and complete for my refill(automated) when I never receive the first order. I requested a refund but was told because its in transit I could not receive one. Its not on transit if youre waiting on the pharmacy to respond. ONLY gave 1 star so I could continue my review. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere. Im now finding social support groups of thousands of people going through similar things

Until now I had not had any issues. Now I am waiting over 5 busniess days to get my shots. Was billed over 5 business days and not getting a real response other than waiting on pharmacy. Super angry. As soon as my price decreased this happened.
Dose-based escalation pricing
My second order was increased, at my request, and I was charged double the initial cost. They are practicing dose-based escalation pricing. My order was processed on June 26. When I questioned the price increase, I received an email on July 22, saying that I would be refunded the additional charge. On July 27, I emailed again that I didn't see my refund on my credit card. Now they are saying that, amazingly, their updated pricing (no dose-based escalation pricing) took place the same day or maybe the day after my order was processed, yet the email I received about getting the refund was almost a month after the new pricing supposedly went into effect. So not only did they double charge me, but they lied about the refund.

Charged me without permission
Charged me, never delivered. I never signed their “terms of agreement” never met with a clinician, yet kept getting notifications that my meds were “ on the way”. Quite a few issues here. Prescribing without ever having talked to a patient. They never tried to verify my identity. Taking money without agreement. Yes I did give them my credit card number but I was never able to even get into a Patient Portal.I never signed their terms of agreement. Emailed at least five or six different times and tried to call 20 or 30 times with each and every time being a busy signal. Even at 2 am. STAY AWAY!!!
So attentive in the beginning...
They seem to be a good company right out of the gate. They collected my money quickly, I uploaded records, and in no time I got my first vial of glp-1. Initially when I came to this website, the company I'm speaking about "can" get confused with the THC gummies website. I laughed and thought well that can't be it... I'm telling you I wish I'd have bought the gummies about now rather than "this" garbage from them. I canceled my subscription 5 days before they were due to Bill me and I said do not debit my card and I am done do not Bill me please do whatever necessary to close my account. Okay all right. 4 days after that they build my card $89 for the next month and promptly sent it. And then I confronted him and I said what are you doing oh I forgot... Too bad so sad my cancellation precludes you from sending this to me. It's been another 8 days and he finally got back to me and said now is it my understanding that you want to completely close your account here? I said blind, deaf, the non-speaking, and even dead people know I want to cancel my account here- what is wrong with you? You're playing me, you're stalling! So tomorrow I've been advised to tell my bank there's been fraud on my account and go that way. In the meantime in styrofoam cooler in my fridge sits their medicine and I'm now on a different dose. I have to say this, I tried my hardest and I lost like 2 lb in the entire month. I was supposed to lose two pounds a week. I'm wondering as a doctor and a compounding pharmacist myself, if the medication was even legit? I'm only seeking to lose 20 lb and normally this melts off, however now I'm on testosterone progesterone and estrogen therapy, and I'm kind of beefing up with a little bit of muscle so I suppose it could be that. These medications have a tendency to make me very nauseated I didn't feel that way. I'm just saying, I'm not the only person who's saying this about the medication being placebo. I'd stay away from these people they said well you know we can charge you you know this much for 3 months and I said well I can spend way less somewhere else and only get charged $66 per mile for the 3 months. You don't offer that kind of a discount. And then I said listen I'm not playing anymore I am so appalled by your reviews I'm not going to stick around I don't care what you tell me cuz I don't believe it. There are a lot of people that are upset with you... And begging one to stay is it going to help you out. Quintessential over promise and under deliver. Good luck with that. And if Dr Phil were here he would say: "how's that working for you?" Hindsight never needs glasses, another one bites the dust. I can't even say mediocrity I'm talking way subpar here.
