⚠️ My experience with AltRx has been extremely disappointing, and I would strongly encourage anyone considering using this company to do their research before signing up. I signed up for AltRx’s prescription medication service and was charged $89. I expected a professional healthcare experience, clear communication, and timely updates regarding my medication. Instead, I have experienced confusion, delays, and inconsistent answers from their support team. To this date, I have still not received my medication. Despite multiple attempts to get answers, I have not been provided with clear proof that my order was actually fulfilled, including pharmacy fulfillment details, shipment confirmation, or tracking information. When I asked for updates, I was repeatedly told that my order was considered “processed” and that the charge was non-refundable. However, I was not given the documentation needed to understand what stage my order was actually in or when I could expect my medication. As a customer paying for a healthcare service, I believe it is completely reasonable to expect transparency, accurate information, and confirmation that the service being paid for has actually been completed. Patients should not have to repeatedly contact a company just to find out what happened to medication they already paid for. My biggest concern is the lack of communication and the way this situation has been handled. A healthcare company should make patients feel confident and supported, not frustrated and uncertain. I am sharing my experience to warn others to carefully research this company before signing up. Please make sure you fully understand the policies, ask questions, and receive clear answers before providing payment information. I hope AltRx takes these concerns seriously and improves its communication, transparency, and patient service practices.

NO SUPPORT NOT RELIABLE…

I wanted to start on GLP1 and wanted support. They said it would take 2-3 days and I would have complete support. 3 days later I got an email saying there would be a delay. I tried calling the support line and it was busy continually. Not even a voicemail. I emailed them and cancelled requesting a refund. They kept sending me automated emails about the delay and then a few days later sent an email saying they were shipping a month's worth. They did credit me the other 5 months worth, but I cannot take GLP1 for a month and then quit. I still can't get through on the phone line. It is ALWAYS busy. I am disputing it with my credit card company.

I cannot recommend Altrx based on my experience. My medication was approved, but after more than two weeks I still had not received a tracking number or confirmation that my order had shipped. I contacted customer service multiple times and even sent a formal letter requesting an update. Despite these efforts, I still did not receive a satisfactory response. It has been a month with little communication and still no tracking number. I was given a $75 refund. When you're paying hundreds of dollars each month for a medication, timely communication and reliability are essential. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I have requested a full refund and will be taking my business elsewhere. I hope the company improves its communication and fulfillment process, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend it. So far so good, a bump in the road in the beginning when I noticed they changed it to semiglutide instead of trizepitide, but I promptly called them, answer on first call, and they changed it, I’m receiving my 3rd month and I’m down 7 lbs..

0 lbs lost using AltRx

I haven't lost any weight using AltRx semaglutide. My husband has lost about 20 lbs using their Tirzepitide though. At 2 months in, I requested they increase my dose (currently at 0.50) and never got a response back; they just mailed the medication & I had to log into my portal to discover it's the same dose. I already paid 6 months at a time so I'm sure they're not interested in giving me a higher dosage. "You get what you pay for." Hims/Hers has good reviews so I'm going to give them a try.

This company is fraud don’t use their fake product

This company is fraud don’t take their product first it doesn’t work I used to use Orderlymeds excellent product I lost 20 pounds on it then stitch to AltRX and no weight loss for a month I got the first shipment for senior for $129 and was left with the impression they this price is fixed. When I renewed the prescription on July 27 they took the money $149 and said that was introductory price LIE, and till today Aug 3 they still looking for the pharmacy to ship the medication. No one to contact nor you can place reviews on their website. This is a fraud don’t trust the review online on their website it’s all fake. I will never get any product from them. Beware they don’t give full refund you are lucky if you get half your money when you cancel your order after they give you the runaround.

Bad service

I was in Trizepide and lost 45lbs. It was getting expensive so AltRx was cheaper. I requested the Trizepide they sent another one. They sent 3 bottles, for a year! Or 3 months! From the first injection I had a bad reaction, and still suffering from serious side affects. I wrote them emails, nearly every day. The pharmacist responded, but not the care team. My primary physician requested me to stop. So I sent in my request and refund the remaining amount, as I can't take the next dose. They refused. They sent a year supply at once, instead of monthly. Although their website said they will divide cost over 12 months. They took the whole amount at once.

I used them for two months only then switched to another company. Each month they gave me a vial which lasted 3 weeks and not 4 weeks as they advertise.

DO NOT ORDER - SCAM

Save yourself and do not order from altRx. I should have listened to the other reviews. I am now 24 days in and still have no medication and no answer as to when it will ship. I told them to cancel and refund me and they will not. I feel like this is a scam at this point.

Scam....I placed an order and was not supposed…

I placed an order and was not supposed to be charged until a doctor consultation. It never happened. I immediately requested that my order be canceled because something just wasn't right. I looked them up on line and was faced with nothing but negative views. Over the next several hours emails was exchanged and me begging them not to take my money because the transaction was pending, they didn't listen and took the money anyway. Then I got another email the next day day saying my subscription has run out and to let them know when to resume it. I told them I didn't have a prescription or an order yet. I again asked when I would be refunded and no reply since. I think I'm going to reach out to an attorney to see if they could help me. Has anyone else got an attorney involved? If so let me know how that went. Thanks

The order went through before I hit agree. Complete scam. Do not even open the webpage! Further when I went to call the phone number is a dud. You get a circuit busy and it disconnects. Automated email stated you cannot cancel your order. Lesson learned, do not enter any info unless you intend to buy. if the site ask for info before giving you information just close the tab and walk away.

Feels like a complete scam

Feels like a complete scam. Impossible to actually speak with anyone. I was given two numbers by them for customer service, neither number worked. It's been almost a month and I have gotten no medicine. I requested a refund and to cancel the subscription and no clear reply from this company. I have only been able to receive slow responses from them via email and they seem to be written by bots. Waiting for refund or I will pursue legal action. The whole experience with Trinity Meds and Alt Rx has been awful.

FAKE MEDS

I've been on Tirzepatide before, from January to April. Lost 25 lbs. Decided I wanted to continue with it for maintenance. Placed my order and it arrived quickly, but I'm on week 3 and notice NOTHING. This medication is FAKE!

These guys are a scam..

These guys are a scam... no service. Couldn't even get my appointment scheduled after they called once, and it came in as a SPAM CALL. They charged immediately even before approving me, and now I can't get it canceled. I spent 2 hours this AM with 3 numbers and online chat. At every turn, they sent me elsewhere and could not cancel. BEWARE>>>>. I have used other GPL-1 providers and not had this issue.

Placed my order on July 10, after no communication it was sent to the pharmacy immediately. It sat there for 20 days, all the while they had my $700. I asked to cancel and after 10 days they finally agreed. But, here’s the catch, they’re only refunding $300 the rest they claim is nonrefundable. Never have I dealt with a more criminal Company!

This is my honest experience. I gave these guys a hard time because of all of the 1 star reviews. I questioned everything. Customer service was wonderful. They responded to my numerous questions very quickly, sometimes in minutes. The problem I had was the medication did not work and they refused to increase the dose the second month. So I left them

CAVEAT EMPTOR! Dishonest, deceitful, and impossible to get in touch with customer service. I take tirzepitide. Took their on-line assessment, told them my current dose and plans to continue. They ordered SEMAGLUTIDE. Tried to cancel my order moments after receiving the order confirmation. Phone line was busy for at least 12 hours (I gave up trying to call) sent THREE emails trying to cancel. They finally sent me a different phone number and told me I was too late to cancel. WT actual F?!?! STAY AWAY!!!
