Received hot medication after shipping delay
I ordered my medication three weeks ago and just received it. When I opened the package the ice packet was completely melted and hot, and the medication was hot as well. Of all the pharmacies I have used I have never received hot medication. This is unacceptable, and it's irresponsible shipping. I will be going back to my former pharmacy because alt r x is not a good option.
UPDATE 7/28/26
I took pictures and sent to them. They told me based on their formulation the medication should still be ok. I got them to cancel my auto renewal for now while I monitor my progress on the medication for the next month. Customer Service was very responsive and handled my issue promptly.
Beware! Their Customer Service is the worst. There is no phone access. You can email, text or go through their portal but getting them to respond is the problem. Save yourself the trouble and pick another business.

If you fill out the info form for the…Not a legitimate company
If you fill out the info form for the "doctor"to look at they will put a charge through on your credit card and when you try to reach them their customer service phone number is non-working. I had put in my charge number but never finished the transaction or asked them to put it through. They are a scam company. I am disputing them with my credit card company.
I specifically stated in my online intake that I was currently taking Tirzepatide compound 10mg and only wanted to order that same product and dosage. I even got an after order confirming by journey with Tirzepatide etc. Come to find out they sent me the Semaglutide instead and would not allow a return or credit me for the error. They said they would get it corrected for the next month. They even stated when I told them about my info during initial review, "We don't generally even look at that infomation." So they just send you what they want I guess so since they would correct their error I just had my bank run a charge back. Shady company to say the least.

Do not use Alt Rx
Do not use Alt Rx. I had been on Trizepatide for 2 years switched to them because they advertised a lower monthly fee. They switched me to semaglutide (however you spell it) without any consult. This medicine gave me headaches, nausea, cant sleep, joints are all swollen. They are a dangerous company.

Shoddy directions & marketing
I received the meds about 2 weeks after ordering. I
expected twelve pre-measured injection syringes. What
I got were 3 identical unmarked bags with dozens of
insulin needles and three vials of medication. There was
only an ambiguous direction card..." fill the syringe to the
required unit mark". No info as to what that amount was.
I later found a 50 unit fill amount on a separate card
describing the medication, side effects etc.
There was no response to my questioning e-mails in the
two weeks I was waiting for delivery. I sent them an
e-mail complaining about their shoddy directions and
misleading marketing and told them I would no
longer be doing any further business with them.
I placed an order with altRx 7/8/2026, it is 7/28/2026. I paid for a 3 month supply. It has never arrived. I've inquired several times only to be told the order has been placed with the pharmacy so they will not cancel my order or refund me my money. It should not be so complicated to cancel and refund my money. However I receive these AI responses stating they once the order has gone to the pharmacy it can't be canceled. They have told me this for 20 days now. It has been very frustrating. PLEASE DO NOT BUY YOUR GLP1 FROM THIS COMPANY. Save yourself the headache. I can't imagine Trust Pilot did legitimate research and found several reviews were made up. I believe anything negative about altRx, because they have not shown me anything positive. I'm headed to the BBB next, followed up with a phone call to my attorney. They have stolen my money at this point. I have screenshots of communication between us. I wish I could post them all. I have called and spoken to people too. They keep telling me the same thing. They are thieves and liars.

Meds not kept cold
I ordered and got my shipment in 5 days. The problem was that the insulated carton was so warm inside (not room temp) when I opened it that the meds can’t possibly be good. I contacted the company and they responded quickly initially with a “oh if the meds were at room temperature they would be fine to take” and if I needed anymore support to contact them. They haven’t responded anymore to me about getting a new shipment or refunding my money to my cc. No follow up by them.
If I could give zero stars, I would. This company delivered one of the most frustrating customer experiences I've ever had. Their customer service is practically nonexistent, and getting a response feels like shouting into a void. Days go by with no communication, no updates, and no sense of urgency or concern for their customers. What makes it even worse is the complete lack of accountability. When you finally do get a response, it's often delayed, unhelpful, and leaves you with more questions than answers. As a paying customer, I expected basic respect and support. Instead, I was met with silence, frustration, and disappointment at every turn. Save yourself the stress, wasted time, and regret. There are plenty of companies out there that actually value their customers. This is not one of them. Do not buy from this company
Very happy with altRx. They have great customer service and answer in the chat very quickly. Dr. Patel quickly allowed me to lower my dosage from 7.5 mg to 5.0 mg because I stopped for 4 weeks. Also, the product arrived in a styrofoam container with lots of ice packs. The previous company I used sent it in an envelope with one pack. It was not cold. AltRx arrived very cold like it should have.
I ordered tirzepatide on July 11 it’s been sitting at Casa pharmacy since july 12 today is the 26th still nothing. I did read reviews before ordering but I was hoping for the same results the 5 star reviewers had, bad call.
I did get replies from Alt RX though they aren’t helpful. I asked them to switched my prescription to a different pharmacy who will be able to fulfill my order but they said they couldn’t do that because the pharmacy already has the prescription and I can’t get a refund because again the prescription is already at the pharmacy though not filled or processed. I gave them until tomorrow Monday 7/27 I saved all screenshots and messages between alt rx, casa pharmacy and myself tomorrow I will dispute it with my bank as goods not received and look for a company that can fulfill orders in a timely manner
This is such a poorly managed and run site. I don’t know how they secure any business at all. They have taken my information and my money, lost my information and kept my money. I have emailed them multiple times. I finally regained access to my account , but can’t access much of anything. I have received AI calls at all hours, including 2am, that do absolutely nothing in to help my situation. They finally set me up with an appointment, and then I was told that I have no demographics on file, which is what I filled out to start this in the first place. It’s a total mess, and I’m trying to figure out how to get my money back. Please , don’t waste your time and money on this headache.

It’s going on three weeks since they took my money and still no meds. They send emails making you think they are working on your case. Don’t bother with AltRX. Save yourself the trouble.

Takes too long
The company advertises a low monthly rate for GLP one in shipping within 1 to 3 days they take your money right out of the gate, of course, but it has now been over three weeks of business days, and it still has not been in their words, dispatched, to the pharmacy to be filled poor communication not a very user-friendly app, completely run by AI with no real answers. Very tough to talk to a human.

First month great, quick delivery, second delivery still waiting, missed my scheduled dose, reached out to company they advised the prescription was sent to pharmacy and is out of their hands, has been a couple weeks and just today I receive notice it is being shipped.
Problem, they chose a sub par pharmacy and do not care about customer once the prescription is submitted. The delivery of your product is a direct relation to your customer service and company, if I can not depend on a timely delivery I will spend a little extra with a company that can provide timely service. Pick a reliable business partner that will promote your company rather than one that causes you to lose customers.

I first noticed my trizapatide was mixed with B-12 which I didn’t ask for next it didn’t seem like the medication was working at least not compared to my other medication from RoenRx next the high concentration of the b-12 broke me out severely and basically the company didn’t have anything to say. The customer service stinks and I believe the Trizepetide is not real. I think it’s B-12

I cannot believe the lack of customer service and having no legit way to talk to someone. Same email and text over and over about your order is processed and waiting on the pharmacy. No pharmacy takes this long at all for any drug. If you call the phone number, it gives you a busy tone.
Spread the word for those who are interested, stay away from this company. Just by looking at the reviews, it is crazy they are still in business.

Super quick to take your money
Super quick to take my money! But 2 day shipping means after it actually gets ships. Took a week to ship. I reached out several times…via chat because it was the only option, and never received a response. Not until an email saying it had shipped did I get any response. Meds did arrive cold and well packaged, though. So if all you want is meds and NO customer service, this is your company.
