Ean or Isn was able to help me. I had contacted the company direct back in June and July to ask for a hardcopy on the extended warranty contract. I was told it would be mailed. Today he gave me a link where i could actually order a hard copy and have it mailed. I am greatful for his assistance.
Had to call twice and had the privilege of speaking with Robert both times! He has been a true blessing and sooo very helpful. Patience is a virtue which he definitely has. Just got off work as a senior fraud specialist for a bank @9am. Called once off to keep my card from being flagged as fraud. Every month occurrence and couldn’t get my thoughts right and Robert was so patient. Keep the great people skills Robert a true asset to this company!Thanks again!

In response to their reply. I sent a message to the email in the reply on June 19th and July 5th, but received no response. I have also sent a certified letter, but received no response. I cancelled my policy with American Dream Auto Protect (American Dream Warranty) on May 6, 2026, and I still have not received my refund, and it is August 5th. I called in June and was told there was a delay, but it was processed. I asked for a check number and the date the check was mailed, and customer support stated they did not have it. I followed up via email and in writing, multiple times, and still no response from them. In my experience, they do not honor their cancellation process. I cancelled the policy because they denied my claim due to my car having a technical service bulletin. So be sure to check if your car has a technical service bulletin before purchasing, or they will not cover any claims.

When you are selling the warranty, everything is great until you finally get the policy and find out half the BS that was promised to get your business was incorrect. Even worst when trying to get a refund. It was my fault this company was closed on the weekend and could not make contacts unless you dialed the new customer line.

I had to cancel a policy due to the covered car being totaled and get a policy on the replacement vehicle. Sharone was by far the most helpful representative of any company I've had to work with. Very professional and courteous. Completed the change in one call.
They used excuses to not pay, made repair shop do all kinds of things and paid nothing. Read BBB reviews and you will see what others have been put through and not get paid.

Just to summarize my personal experience with them, they scammed for $6000 of my money and in a way they stole it . I got the auto extended warranty from them, the guy who sold me the warranty, had all these beautiful pictures-“ your vehicle is so expensive and you would need these coverages because we would cover these and we will offer you the highest level of package for $7400”, and when the repairs came, every time they made me wait a few weeks, even to adress the claim as they were trying to see if I would just pay the claim and get the vehicle out of the service, but obviously, I waited on their claim decision and every time their first instinct is to deny the claim, then you have to send them and refresh their rotten memories that the part is covered under the warranty, then their second excuse will come up that they’re going to pay 40-50% of the money and they will give some nonsense Excuse why they’re going to pay half, then they’ll tell you either take it or leave it. Unfortunately, because you don’t have a choice you just take that 40-50% of what they’re paying, and then pay the remaining out of your pocket. So by the end of your warranty term, the parts which initially they promised to cover, you will end up paying anywhere between 50 to 60% out of your own pocket even if they are covered under the terms and unfortunately, the parts are not covered then you’ll pay hundred percent of it and then the initial premium you paid for the warranty which was much more than the amount they would even pay for the repairs, so if you do the math basically if you didn’t have the warranty, you would’ve paid much less and saved some of that premium. Stay away from this company. And I can guarantee it’s not every company is like them, I had expensive Porsches and Aston Martin’s and the coverage provided by a lot of other companies was much more reliable and keep their promises, but this cheap company will pay for cheap cars but when they see somebody approaching with an expensive vehicle, they see it as a money making scam. They don’t have courtesy they don’t have manners, and basically they don’t deserve to be in the business at all. Again, as I said, look at the reviews from BBB or Other trustable websites where these people cannot pay their workers to write reviews as they do so on their website, and obviously when you see five stars for every review on their website that itself should raise a red flag. Unless somebody is so dumb to believe that their service is so excellent that they got five out of five stars on every review on their website but their reputation on BBB is F minus which is the worst and the lowest score anyone can get.

They don't pay claims, make you spend weeks providing Info for claim and then deny it. The reviews they list are made by people right after they buy, NOT WHEN THEY HAVE A CLAIM. RUN AWAY, DON'T WALK WHEN DEALING WITH THEM, READ BBB on how bad they are. ( Better Buisness Bureau)
