The person I have been dealing with- Roxanna has been great and very helpful above and beyond what one would expect- she's been very helpful in answering any questions I have had, I can't say enough about her- a very nice and professional lady.

I spent 90 minutes on the phone with Joe Lensky. We had a great conversation and he explained everything so well, I heard the same info from the video's. I appreciated his honesty and professionalism to make me at ease. This was a tough choice, but i felt like one had to make. When life gives you limes, find some Tequila & salt and have a party. Life's too short to be bogged down in debt & grief over something like medical bills and groceries on credit cards. So, im glad there are companies to help, and people who care enough to help us. Ms.Roxanna Lisenby helped me get started to get my financial life back on track. In the beginning, she was very thorough. She made me feel comfortable about the decision I was making and gain my trust. She thoroughly explain the whole process so I know it’s not gonna be overnight. It’s gonna take a few years, but it took me more than that to get to this point. I started this process on March 5, 2026 and today being July 21, 2026. I already have four accounts in the settlement process. And I am looking forward to getting started on the larger accounts, so I must say I have been very pleased with Roxanne‘s help. She has frequently checked in with me to see how I was doing if I had any questions so I am pretty happy right now. And I would like to give a special thanks to Roxanne Lisenby for all her help.

Andrea was extremely patient with my questions and concerns. She spent more time with me than most people would have. She understood that I had recently been sick and needed reminders about how to do things that I have done many other times independently.

Keith was a great help and listener! He stayed with me on the phone for over one hour. My problem was not solved but he tried so hard to do whatever he could.
My problem is not with my email it is with getting the code!!! Even after I request a new password and get it..it send me to getting a code again...that I never get!!!! So frustrating!!!! Once I sign it there should be no problem!!

I have had the most fortunate opportunity to work with Jonathan Kim. From the very start Jonathan was very sincere in his interest of what has happened to me and he showed much concern about what he could do to help me out. Wow I spoke with a jason in the beginning that really helped me get started with Americor and was very clear and listened to me. Wasn't pushy about anything. This company is a fraud
This company is a fraud. It is based on lies to the consumer and breaks federal laws. Why would you offer to collect debt (no cost to you) and CREATE MORE DEBT FOR THE CONSUMER, by falsely advertising, you, the company, AMERICOR, will HELP to pay off debt FOR you? When now you own their debt and they have to pay you.....

When I called Americor I wasn't sure what would happen. It turned out to be the best experience I've had with someone. That someone was Chad Crist. He literally took me by the hand and walked me through all the steps. He made me feel at ease at a time when I needed some guidance. He gave me lot's of information, different places I can search for help if I needed it, places that will stop all the phone calls, etc. I had tons of questions he answered all. I was nervous but I felt so much better after everything was put on the table. I knew where every problem I had financially was he put me in a situation where I can breathe again. He gave me hope. Three and half to 4 years from now I'm hoping to be debt free.
I want to thank everyone that was involved in my journey from day one to the last. Chad Crist thank u for giving me the courage to make this a reality.
