Customer Service Abounds
This company went above and beyond to help us. Miguel and Cassandra were awesome. Miguel, after being told no due to our zoning, looked further into the issue and was able to clarify that even though we are in a mixed use zoning the home has been a residential use since 1895. Miguel was the difference we needed. Cassandra was very knowledgeable and able to process the loan professionally. She was very helpful and polite. Then the notary came. She was special and a great notary. To all involved THANK YOU!

Everything was great up until closing
Everything was great up until closing. Curtis and Andre were easy to work with and explained everything. For closing... seriously, join this decade. They could not do any of my closing electronically and had to literally send someone to my house so I could sign papers. And worse than that was that they sent me actual physical checks for me to send out to pay off certain things that were part of this loan and over half of them were Incorrect and unusable. I have never worked with a banking or mortgage organization that was unable to do things electronically it is absolutely ridiculous in this day and age and more frustrating than anything. I would recommend Amerisave but if I could give negative stars to Closing Lock and Title 20/20 I absolutely would. Awful.

Never refinance before and they pretty much stay with you through the process. Most stuff was clear and then other things needed explaining..

The process was very quick! My loan officer and loan processor were very informative and helpful. The notary was also very kind and thorough. Everything I needed to know was explained to us with the utmost understanding and precision.
