My mother passed away and this unfortunately is the company she had her mortgage with. I am so thankful this will be my first and last experience with this awful unprofessional, unethical, unorganized company! I get a different answer each and every interaction I have with this company. Beware and consider yourself warned … I’d sooner borrow from a neighborhood loan shark than go through Amerisave , they would be kinder and more organized perhaps

Amerizsave was great but dealing with the wire transfer afterwards I would not recommend having money directly deposit into an account. They should be cutting you a check because they can’t get it done in a timely manner like they promised.

⭐️ 1 Star Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. What should have been a straightforward process was dragged out for over three months. Throughout the entire process, communication was incredibly difficult and often felt very condescending. We were repeatedly asked for additional information, seemingly one piece at a time, rather than being given a clear and upfront list of what was actually needed from the beginning. Responses often came days later or late at night, and when we did receive a response, it frequently led to another round of questions and back-and-forth. The communication style made us feel as though we were being talked down to rather than treated like reasonable people trying to get something resolved. The entire experience was unnecessarily drawn out, unpleasant, and frustrating. Had the communication been clear, timely, and respectful from the start, this could have been handled much more efficiently. Unfortunately, based on our experience, we would not recommend working with them.

Loan Agent Chris Pack was great

Loan Agent Chris Pack was great! He got things done. I'm a returning customer thinking my previous experience would streamline this loan, as my last loan from four years ago was three payments from being paid off. That was not the case. This time it was cumbersome, had more people involved and got the last minute new charge game played on me. Chris took care of that, but it should never have happened in the first place. Some documents had wrong information in them including documents presented at closing. Chris, again, is trying to get them corrected. I'll give Chris a 10 for professionalism, effort and caring about his client. Nikki got struck someone in the middle of the mess. I'll give everyone else a 4, and that's being generous. I plan many more property purchase and will probably be shopping around more next time. Life-Changing Refinance Experience with Ryan & Jerre

Non positive experience. Would not recommend.

Our experience with AmeriSave’s loan process was extremely frustrating and disappointing from start to finish. Communication was by far one of the biggest problems. Our loan officer was very difficult to reach, and return phone calls were practically nonexistent. When you are dealing with something as important and time-sensitive as a loan, having to repeatedly chase someone down just to get basic questions answered is completely unacceptable. Even more concerning, the loan terms we ultimately received were different from what had originally been explained to us. We felt that we were given certain expectations upfront, only to find that the actual terms did not match what we believed we had been told. We also encountered staff members who did not seem knowledgeable about the loan product or able to provide clear, consistent answers to our questions. We received conflicting or unclear information at different points in the process, which only added to the frustration and made an already stressful process even more difficult. Overall, the lack of communication, lack of follow-through, inconsistent information, and changes in the terms from what was originally explained made this a very disappointing experience. Based on our experience, I would not recommend AmeriSave. A loan process requires trust, transparency, knowledgeable staff, and reliable communication, and unfortunately, we did not receive those things

The lack of internal communication led to an 8-week delay in the loan application process. Automated communication systems created confusing and repetitive requests.
