From the beginning of the loan to the end,it took less than 2 weeks to complete the loan. I am very satisfied with the outcome.
Mr. Walters and Ms Dennison was always professional, they explained the process of my loan more than once when I wasn't sure. I highly recommend Amerisave.

This drug out for almost 60 days! Most horrible loan experience I have ever had! They needed more and more documentation and did not accept half of it which further extended the process! Under writers obviously did not look at documents submitted well because I had to escalate to a super visor to get this loan closed! Never again!!
Very polite and patient agents. They work to get your loan approved. Be patient and get all information to them and you will have no problems. Read documents carefully and discuss with the Amerisave team and they are willing to work with you!
Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They responded to every question I had quickly and thoroughly. I felt very comfortable throughout the process. My loan was processed very quickly. I have been through the mortgage loan process many times and it was the best mortgage loan experience I have ever had!

I was almost ready to say forget it. There was always just one more thing they needed. When asked for a pay stub from a job I retired from 2 years ago (I had sent the W2), I talked it over with my husband and said just one more thing and we are going somewhere else.
Everything from beginning to end was informative, helpful, and prompt.

Amerisave will get the job done
Amerisave completed my loan process in an amazing 3-4 weeks. I was informed everyday, by email, about the status of my loan, where it was in the process and who was working on it. It was a genuinely smooth experience, from start to finish. Matt and Syvelle, my loan officer and processor, were intricate parts of my great experience. Thank you both!
My experience with Amerisace was beyond compare to other lenders. The whole transaction from start to funding was seamless. Matt Carter and Kimberly Macias were excellent. They kept me informed and made themselves available anytime I had a question. I was in the mortgage business several years ago, for over 30 years, and they were better than I have seen. They made it easy
They made it easy. They didn’t make you feel like a lesser person because of your credit situation at the moment they make things happen and they give you good options and affordable. The customer service is excellent. They do all the work. You just have to do a little bit on your end they keep in touch with you clear the end. I highly recommend this business.
This is my 2nd experience with Amerisave and I'm proud to say ghe first experience wasn't a fluke! Amerisave made the loan process a breeze and lowered my interest rate significantly! They were able to work with me and my schedule which was no small fete with 2 full-time jobs Monday-Friday. The entire loan process was completed on my time from my home. even closing! My loan officer, Bart and loan processor, Thomas always made themselves available to address my questions and concerns. I'm thankful for Amerisave and their team and look forward to continuing this relationship for years to come!
