My experience with Amerisave was great! Rachel Cumberbach, my loan representative was very professional, pleasant and very accomodating. Took only two weeks from application to closing. Great customer service!
The application went smoothly. It took a little longer than we anticipated however, Misty, the representative who took care of us after the sales person Marc figured the road we were supposed to travel, and Misty kept us informed every day of the progress very satisfied with the service.
Best experience with this team. Special shoutout to Dildar Kadir for being exceptional. He went above and beyond when I needed help. It was an easy process and closed quickly.

It’s been 6 days since I closed and there has been no communication about when I will receive the checks which I have to mail to pay off my debts. In this day and age of technology there is no reason why my creditors could not have been made electronically and there is no reason why the new balances could not have been updated since I was making payments. Also your loans officer when he verbally advised me I would have to pay $500 to hold the rate he did not verbally disclose it was non refundable. If I had known I would have pursued other options. I will refinance this with another company as soon as possible. I think your company provides inferior service.
Loan originating officer and mortgage specialist were good and had goid communication. There was a few times though that was hard to get in touch with them. Title company though was terrible.

Amerisave was the best mortgage experience I've had in my entire adult life. I have bought and sold 3 homes, refinanced my investment properties and this was the best experience. I only give 4 stars unless the company gives me something back besides doing what is expected. Elizabeth was great to work with.
I'm struggling to get accurate information. And what I do get consistent communication.It's always right at the end of the business day, where I am unable to do or have any follow up questions. I even specifically asked not to work with one person, because I struggled to communicate with them. Even after being assured it, I would not have to have phone calls with them, it keeps happening. They'll also ask for a document to demonstrate proof of something, and when I offer up proof that doesn't quite align with them, it causes a 2 to 3 day delay. Though my proof ends up being acceptable, if not above, what is required. I still haven't finished the loan, so i'm most likely return to this.And either crease the star or dramatically decrease it. If you're reading this and you're looking for a loan. I recommend great patience and hopefully you get individuals that are more willing to communicate with you. Jim.....
