The two people I had working with me were the issue. From inappropriate comments, rude comments, slow responses, Incomplete responses, and no responses. They were terrible to deal with.

The whole process was slow , had to keep sending more and more documents, instead of saying in the beginning everything that was needed . Date kept getting moved.

The loan approval process was great

The loan approval process was great. The AmeriSave representatives responded quickly to my questions whenever I left a message either by email or phone. The only part of the entire process that needs improvement is the debt consolidation portion. AmeriSave writes paper checks for each outstanding loan/credit cards and the borrower then has to follow the instructions to mail the checks to the individual companies. I was expecting to be able to complete that part of the process online. I would still say it was a smooth experience and I would definitely recommend AmeriSave to others.

Eric and Rick made my experience a great one! Any concerns I had were quickly swept away . Im not used to anything going so smoothly! I was offered a Line of Credit loan. Nobody else I spoke with even gave me that option. This was the perfect plan for me. I felt like I was being rewarded for the hard work I'd done building my credit! You start with 1 person and then you're handed off to another person and what you're quoted changed. I haven't even made my first payment yet and now I have text/email to send my payment to a different account.

Great Experience from Start to Finish!

Easy, communicative process from initial inquiry all the way through closing and disbursement. There's a reason they were recently ranked by Forbes as one of the top to work with for a HELOC. I'd definitely go through them again.
