The team I worked with helped me stay on track with my timeline. Leandra Alexander was amazing to work with. She kept me up to date on any changes or documents I needed to get in and explained the things I wasn't sure about. This took away so much of the stress in the process. I would recommend Amerisave to friends and family.

there were times when multiple people were contacting me for specific documentation, yet when the information or form was loaded into the portal you would still get a text hours later asking for the same information. It was confusing. Very nice and understanding people to deal with

Every day they were asking me for a new paycheck stub. I had already sent 1 months worth of checks over. I finally just sent her a copy of every check I have received from Jan 2026 to current. The guy who came for closing was very nice. And where is my $500 i had to pay upfront that they said I would get back at closing??
It was not easy, but toward the last 2 weeks, Jimmy was very helpful keeping me updated. Amanda was also very helpful!!
